Jack in the Box, Vista CA

We really enjoyed the first buttery jack burger we had, but the last was not up to par. We think they just put a regular burger in it instead of the first one we had, because the sandwich was much, much smaller. We always enjoy their breakfast items. You will find this a very typical fast food burger joint.but very clean and close to the mid town area

Sunday night I went to order I was attended by an employee who was not providing good customer service at all. As I placed my order through the drive through and I made sure to let her know I wanted curly fries she said "remind me at the window" I said okay I didn't think much of it after I get to the window i get part of my order and she says have a goodnight while I'm missing a whole meal still after I let her know she says no that's all you ordered and I said no then she says oh okay and before she hands me my meal I said you got the curly fries in their correct and she says "you didn't tell me curly fries" at this point I'm extremely irritated and I proceed to let her know she said to remind her at the window and as I'm explaining what she said earlier she pretty much shuts me up by saying "okay, okay, okay" before I finish speaking. Horrible customer service

If nothing else is open always an ok spot. Also breakfast is surprisingly good. But the wait in the drive thru is ridiculous.

A little slow on their service at their food buffet. They need to visibly post what is on the menu so people know in advance what they are ordering and are not cutting in line or getting too close to take a peek. The whole set up is just frustrating. I waited over 30 minutes just to buy lunch. Food is ok, chicken bbq skewer is good though.

I love jack in the box, the employees are nice, the place is clean and the food is good. My favorite is the mini tacos. Snd one other thing from time to time they have specials with discount pricing which helps my wallet. Stop in to a jack in the box today. Try the tacos. Ya might just like it!

The amount of low stars is for the clientele that is found at this particular location. The dining room is clean, the food is fine, and the workers are the average tired but friendly fast food workers. However, this area has a very high percentage of homeless and if you visit after dark you will surely be sharing the space with some. We've never had a problem with any of them being violent or disturbing us, they are after all just people, but I know it may be a deal breaker for some. This location is near our house and we usually utilize the drive thru after dark and have always had our orders correct.which is high praise!

I ordered 2 drinks and they could only give me 1 straw because they ran out. How do you run out of straws at lunch time on a Friday?

After 15 min our food came. The hold up was they mixed up the order.turns out all it was is the curl fries and orginal where on the wrong tray.mind you this was going to the same table. The food was go be expected and surprisingly even with the 3 card Monty of French fries the food was still hot. The place is clean and the service was respectful.

They keep it cracking jacks i kick it here all the time its way on and the streets know jacks got that jumbonjavk junbo jack love that sandeich with vuttetmilk

As far as fast food goes I live Jack In the Box! They have a wide variety of foods to choose from, their prices are fair, and their drive-thru is open 24 hrs a day (probably my favorite thing about them!) This location is pretty fast and the employees are always super nice. They would've gotten five stars, but they never give napkins unless you ask for them. When you're going through the drive-thru napkins should automatically be put in the bag. I mean, we're a civilized society, right? We use napkins when we eat, not the sleeves of our shirts. Also, just a suggestion for Mr. Box, how about offering shakers 24/7? I know the shake machine needs to be cleaned, but can't you quickly clean it and then offer us shakes again? This closing it down at a certain time and not using it again until a certain time (but HOURS) later is bull.)

Is it just me or is the food getting smaller and the prices going higher.i base this observation off of the jumbo jack. I always get a jumbo jack without pickles and they have been getting pricier and smaller. MAKES ME WONDER.

Although they may get my order wrong in the drive thru. This location makes the Best lettus wraps. I practice keto and every week I cheat and have fast food they have the bun less down.

I went thru the drive thru today. The reason why i gave you 1 star. Is because the fries were cold. And the tacos were terrible. I feel that people just dont take pride in what they do any more. I had t ok go inside to get my tacos. Because the forgot them in the drive thru. And then that took 5 min waiting for aomone to acknowledge me. I just feel that i 1* was the best i could give you.

Terrible customer service. Never going back. This the second time that we get there, and everyone is in the back. No acknowledgement of the people just waiting. Today I tried to get their attention, I could see them working, and they just ignored us. Finally a man looking at his cellphone came out, did something on the register and left. This is beyond unacceptable.

They forgot to give me my Large Iced Mocha. And I didn't realize it till I got to work, soni didn't have time tongo back for it: (

How do you get fast-food wrong? The bar just isn't that high. And I like JB, but the only thing I have ever had success with are the tacos.

Jack in the Box is normally good for a stop, most of the best items are high fat, best fast breakfast.

Ordered 30 tacos I didn't seem to wait so long plus the food was still good not like they rushed to make it. Good place

Jack in the. Box on south Santa fe dr. Vists ca. Their. Coke. Machine all empty they did not fill it only filled my drink from behind counter. I was there for an hour eating lunch with friend when left still had not filled it

One has to have the proper expectations when visiting a JIB or any of its not so noble competitors. If you allow yourself to pay full price for all that you purchase, then you may come away feeling ripped off and wondering why you made such a choice! However, if you arm yourself with knowledge of the specials and deals available, you can walk away with a satiated appetite and a wallet still full of cash. Case in point: JIB partners with local sports teams (Padres, SDSU Aztecs, etc.) and if our home team succeeds in some way, JIB rewards us with a smokin' DEAL on some item. As of this date of this review, they are rewarding Padres fans with a free Jumbo Jack (with purchase of a large drink) if the Padres hit a home run during s home game! Normally the anemic hitters on the Padres wouldn't reward us, but this year (2019) they are hitting more home runs than ever before! So for less than $2.50 you can fill your tummy with a decent fancy burger and a large drink of your choice! And most of the time, the bathrooms are clean and smell okay, the dining area is neat and the food is close to what it looks like up on the menu board. For a frugal bloke such as myself, it is a perfect combination!
