Jack in the Box, Fremont CA

The service is Very Very horrible! The delivery guy was super mean! When I took a bite out of my taco, I could feel some slimy gushy liquid! And guess what, HE SPAT IN MY FOOD! His name was John Please fire him! And he Kicked my Dog be cause he was Barking on him! I Hate That guy!

I wanted just order 4 Chicken Fahita pita Sandwitch only (Not Combo) & I asked if any Sizes (S, M L) bcuz they had sizes before & wanted order according to size

Worker don't seem to undertand simple questions & put someone else on speaker, understood rightaway said One size only

I order 4 sandwith & worker
only gave me 2 & said I ordered 2 Instead apologizing. I know what & how many wanted to order

Nevertherless above
matter, the most problem
is I saw that worker
taking money from people & touching food with that same gloved hand
It blow my mind.

I wonder puting glove
is for protecting who?

And where is special chicken sauce taste for Fahita chicken, bcuz that's the reason I ordered,
it was Unbelievable.

What can I say "I LOVE JACK"! I dont give many 5 stars but anything I get from here is good and service is always fast and friendly.

I ordered A Loaded Breakfast Jack Combo and My Boyfriend ordered his Meal through the Drive Thru, we usually go to this location but when given our food My meal was served cold, the Curly Fries my boyfriend orderd were Hard as a rock To the point where We could've broken or chipped a tooth, We will never go to this Location again.

This is the first time I have ever reviewed a fast food place. I love Jack-in-the-Box and have my entire life. Once we moved to Fremont we went to the Jack-in-the-Box because it’s very close to where we live, every single experience has been very good. Mind you it’s five stars for fast food. The staff are always friendly the food is always hot and I have had a consistently good experience.

I don't know how many staffs inside the store. The drive-through line is crazy long and totally unacceptable for the fast-food store. If you can't hire enough staff then just close the store. Worst fast-food store experience I ever had

Slow and wouldn't acknowledge me in the drive thru. Had to scream into the intercom to get help.

The prices are not too low but everything tastes absolutely amazing, from the Mac n cheese to the steak. They have a good kid menu too. We've got steak and some sides (mac n cheese, mashed potatoes or salad). The ambience is cool, it's kinda dark inside, pretty romantic, and they got a full bar of variety drinks. Such a great place for a good evening:)

I appreciate the staff at this location. Friendly and efficient service. Always willing to make your experience satisfying.

This jack in the box is absolutely horrible. The guy that takes our order has a hard time hearing and gets basically EVERYTHING we say wrong. We say 8 tacos he says 2 tacos.we say strawberry tea he says strawberry shake. How do you mix that up?

He is so impatient. We order the first item and he already says "thank you, 2.04 at the window" and we didnt even say we were done.

One time they dropped the ball so bad, i asked for my large strawberry tea, they gave me a medium pink lemonade. When i said i asked for a large tea, they just fumbled around and gave me another small pink lemonade.

Also, they asked us to wait in front of the store while they prepared some other food, there was a homeless guy urinating right outside the restaurant.

I've been there twice lately at night and when I pull up to the window the guy asks me if I have cash. Last night I heard him ask the car ahead of me. I get the feeling something shady is happening there late at night.
The food was okay but I won't be going back to that particular store

I'm an Uber driver who just picked up an order at your store I am not exactly sure who the gentleman in the window was he was not securing the bags with stickers which is not proper procedure during the covitt epidemic and he should be retrained on what he is doing and when I asked him to put a sticker on the bag he pulled the had bags back inside put stickers on them but did not close them just put stickers on the bags then I asked him if he could secure them and close the bags and he said O my God and took the bags back in and stuck another sticker on the other side of the bag that was in properly sealed the time was probably 810 maybe a little bit before I'm very disappointed in the training of your employees I work at McDonald's myself and give it my all and utmost to make short that My customers foods are handled with care and properly sealed so as not to have any contaminants I hope that you will follow through with an investigation on this matter and take proper precautions on your next higher

I love this place very much.theres a very nice feeling. The kitcen is superb.the service is dynamic and the waiters are trained. The price is satisfactory.very much recommend.
