Jack in the Box, San Leandro CA

Three of us went through the drive-thru. One of us got tacos, one of us got, I think, a burger. Maybe a sandwich. And I just bought some curly fries, which is my favorite jack in the box treat. I would have bought a diet Dr pepper, too, but I'd already had too much caffeine that day. Chuckle two of us spend between one and $10, and one of us spent between 10 and 20. But the two of us that spent less than 10 were just getting snacky things.

Ordered on the app and when I got to the restaurant they said they never got it. $70 order just gone, even though I had a receipt, and got charged, they wouldn't do anything to help, just told us there was nothing they could do and shrugged. They gave us a number to call, and no one answered. How does someone lose a big order like that?

This Jack in the Box is CHARGING customers. 50 to. 60 MORE compared to the other near by Jack in the Boxes! The one on Marina Blvd (San Leandro) only charges $1.19 for two tacos, $2.19 for cheesecake, $1.89 for breakfast Jacks etc. This one (Hesperian bl) charges $1.49 for two tacos, $2.59 for cheesecake, $2.49 for a breakfast Jack etc. Go to one of the others if possible.

No customer in front of me nor behind me. How inthe r hell did they give me A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ORDER.

Always a long wait here. Hispanic guy working at 12 am is really rude & they didn’t have anything. No cup holders or large cups. Attitude and poor service.

Came to this jack in the box at 2am several time b4, after pandemic and during. Now I'm being told that they are not taking orders at the drive thru only pre orders. This is B. S.on the website it states this Jack in the box is 24hrs. SO WHY ARE THEY CLOSE? I spoke to Carlos in the drive thru. (real name or not). Now it's time to call corporate. 10/10/21

We got chicken strips, (always) tacos and onion rings for snacks. Very happy with all of the food!

Third time I've come during the evening. Line backed up and the other coworkers just conversating not helping the African American young lady. What happened to team work? I feel bad for her doing all the work and the others won't help. It's like they want to see her fail. I will be contacting management regarding this. It's unacceptable.

Jack is always a great bet. They have breakfast whenever you want it and the service is fast and accurate.

Love the munchie meals its perfect for two people at a great price. Good variety to choose from fast clean and always open.

They're Just Young And They Were Getting Really Frustrated With My Accent So I Had To Go To The Window And Literally Type It On My Phone For Them To Read (During Covid), Fortunately My Complaints Got My Food Cooked Fresh After I Going Through This.

Staff was so kind.lobby was closed & be I'm working.my bus won't fit the drive thru. 3emps getting off & 1 volunteered to go back in & take care of me. They were all kind & even asked if I needed anything else. This young man went over & beyond. Thank you so much. This should be the standard for customer service.

This place is the best! They're open 24-7 and everyone who works there is awesome. The always give me extra curly fries

Every time we door dash from here our driver has to wait 10-15 minutes for the food. By time the food arrives it's cold. It seems like it's always the same thing with them. Even when I personally drive to get it, they take for ever to get my food and they end up serving other customers, who came in after me. I will not be purchasing food from this jack in the box again the Castro valley one is so much better!

The cashier was polite, attentive, and Super Sexy! The meal was that much better after a positive interaction and her knock out sexy smile. I will bw going back to try to grt the digita! Haha! Bless thevmanager forbhirinf food people!
