I order the munchie meals and the onion rings were tough it was so hard to eat. And they forgot my fries
My kids love their shakes and I like their cheesecake. We were going to order their tacos but they had ran out.
All the food was cold, fries were old.i live less than 5 minutes away from the restaurant, no way my food got cold on the way home.theyre the worst
Window service late at night could improve. Even the manager was Frumpy.
If u don't like graveyard shift don't do it bc the restaurants going to lose bc of your tude!
Update; 1-19-22. Everything's been improved and the staff is great! The only damage I see is the the riff raff hanging all over parking lot.there's the homeless but they cause no harm, just hungry be kind to them

Close to the public without notice, only drive through. Long waiting last second not available items, no notice either. I understand that is covid-19 fault.
The order was not accurate and service ok. Ordered btwo breakfast combos and missing one a cup of coffee and got soda.
I always prefer this place over other locations they are always fast-paced and I like how they take ebt as a payment option.
Very bad service this is the worst jack in riverside CA. Never eating there again. They need better management.

The manager was really rude and started to record me and my family for no reason, she then went to the back of our vehicle and took a picture of out license plate. What for? Did she get offended because we wanted to fix our order?
Un will to help and service some one who's vehicle that won't fit thro a drive through wanted me to pay to have it delivered to me when I can walk up to the door
I rather go to the one on Perris Blvd and Orange. I only stop by here because it was on my way but I definitely tasted the difference. Sloppy. Dry lettuce.
They have really bad service. I went in for 12 tocos and they had me waiting for 33 minute and there wasn’t even a lot of people.
