Jack in the Box, Norco CA

9/10 the food tastes freshly made. The tacos are really good too. One of my favorite fast foods.

Constantly says they are closed within business hours.

Months after my original review they are again closed during operating times. If it’s a staffing issue or anything I would understand but the lights are on and it looks like someone is there. This jack in the box used to be my go to for almost 15 years. Now it’s the one jack in the box I tell people not to go to.

Come several times on different nights. It's my go to spot after work. But each time it's closed at 930pm. I thought Jack suppose to be that late night spot. Online states open till 3am. Complete nonsense! FYI the other other jack in box by 71 n Euclid is open late every night, save gas go here instead.

Was supposed to be open until 3am. Stopped by at 1030pm, and they were already closed. On a Saturday at that! DISAPPOINTING.

They get my order wrong way to often. Please work on that asap.

Tried it one more time today and got the order wrong yet again. Lost my business 100% now

Posted online that this location was open at 5am. They were not open at 5am waited 20 mins, there was someone visible inside preping I guess who also saw me at the drive thru.ended up driving somewhere else

Says it closes at 3am but was closed at 10: 45pm. Wanted dinner after i got off work not gonna waste my time driving here anymore if the just close when they want

Open until 3 am? What a joke. Came at 12: 30 and no one was there. Waited 5 minutes at the drive thru speaker and no one helped us, drove up to the window and looked inside to see it completely empty. Update the damn times if you're going to be closing it earlier.

This particular jack in the box is really good the food is made fresh and come out hot. Alot of Jack's are not like this so appreciate this one.

Like the food breakfast lunch dinner it's fast food the drive-thru order speaker something to be desired you'll have to repeats your order a couple of times to get it right people are friendly food is good

Closed again. This is the forth time I have stopped to grab food on way to work. Once again was told they were temporarily closed while they waited for a worker who was running late.

Usually way faster than any local mc Donalds, food is good and they always have working card payment method.

They always mess up my order.

They gave me a junior jumbo Jack cheeseburger with no meat.

Last week they charged me extra for curly fries and then gave me regular fries.

I don't recommend this establishment and won't be going back

My son loves this store and their staff are very nice and polite! Number 6 combo with large fry is our favorite!

"Its just Jack n Box, " I would like to revise and edit my previous statement. Ive been a bit burned out on fast food and came off a bit harsh on J. I. T. B. Actually this location is recently remodeled and is clean and tidy. They are open 24/7 and they do have a large menu that always offers something new. Their graveyard staff are always pleasant with good service. So there is much to write about and its all good!

Martha and idalia was extremely rude! I watched manager was her hands and dry with napkin and spin my ice coffee around with the same wet napkin ver nasty
