Rude cant here nothing get a new mic state of a ark one 4 people that cant speek up sorry we r not all the same

The food is hot compared to other jack in the boxes, Excellent staff they have never gotten my order wrong. Its a hit or miss depending on what you order but the burgers and curly fries are the best

Worse customer service 10/14/22 @9: 20 pm first at the speaker girl didn’t even greaet us we proceed to ordering wasn’t done speaking when she would said what else in a annoyed mood, we let it go the vehicle before us (at window) was having issues with there order handed the bags back to them when they don’t supposed to because hippa they handed this gentleman our order he scattered through the bags and threw them back to them … when we got to the window we told the cashier apperinly he is the manager for the shift (Gilberto) didn’t want to provide last name, he denied to have given them our order he said he wasn’t understanding and asked for my debit card to cancel the payment never apologized or offer to make a new order and is not that we are being extra this guy looked like he was under the influence of something he touch our food threw jt back and manager dinked this being rude told us to leave and quoted if we wanted the money back why didn’t we say so before and that was not the case we payed $48.00 w no problem existed for our food and customer service was horrible starting from cashier on drive through speaker and cashier on window didn’t get to eat do to it had time limit

This place, it seems, is understaffed. Ive gone plenty of times and they seem to be improving on getting the orders right. I went a couple years back and the service wasn't as good, but good to see they're improving.

Convenient location. Fast service. Above average food for Jack n box. Stop by n check em out.

Drive thru isn't even open 24hours as it says it is. You should change it so we won't waste time going and the people inside saying it's closed.

I went through drive thru. I ordered a chicken salad and asked for two water cups, which they acknowledged. Once I got to the window, I handed them my payment and they then just passed me one water cup. I informed the cashier that I requested two and then they said they do not offer two water cups, only one per person. I’m never coming back to this location ever again and hope that other people who do don’t let themselves get bent over a barrel.

Worst service, bought $20 of food and they wouldn't let me use the bathroom when they had before.

I like come buy there and puck it up my lunch they have alot different burgers burritos.i recomende.

This is the only Jack in the box that I only go to, they are not cheap with their buutery sauce on the buttery Jack's.

Poor service, rude management.managers need training.manager took my phone while I was showing her my order and went to the other side of the restaurant.she had it for a couple of minutes before returning it.

Been here twice at different times and my food has been fresh and delicious. No complaints.

Went in today early morning for some breakfast on the way to work. I ordered a grand sausage burrito and once I got to work (5 minute drive away) the sticker they put said grand sausage but I ended up having a cold meat lovers burrito. They messed up the order and gave me a burrito that who knows how long it's been sitting there

The bathroom was durty.the floors in the whole place was sticky. The table that i was sitting on dirty as well.

Went to the drive thru around 11pm and food was freezing cold! Didn't bother to get back in line to complain.
