Jack in the Box, Oakland CA

I went there last night to try Jack in the Box for the first time. I waited in the drive through line for 45 minutes just to get to the window and they say they can’t take my order because their system is down. They said only Uber eats orders. I don’t understand why they would let the line build up like that and not notify people that their system is down. Bad first experience not going their again.

At night time, there is only 2 guys working. You have to wait at least 30 minutes to ask for your order, after that you have to wait an extra 15 minutes to pay and get your food. That is to much time waiting in the drive-thru. The waiting time has to be less that 30 minutes.

I just love how certain locations make up their own rules? For instance your Oakland CA (Hagenburger) location has decided to only allow drive thru after I just spoke to 2 other locations around and they both said they all should be allowing customers to walk in and order togo? It's not like I was looking to dine inside but when u have 15 cars in your drive thru its a option that should be available but like I said the employees are obviously running the show or the manager that's on obviously no the company

Dining room closed and locked during business hours but was open 2 days ago employees just looked at me and waved then laughed

I've been going here for years, for breakfast and dinner and I've always had smiling and pleasant people working here! Yes the customer service here is great!

I use to go here regularly until recently it's been short staffed, or possibly no change for you bills during payment process. Most nights I go through drive thru and lines are ridiculously long

TheGrilled chicken for the club sndch is always out quickly at this particular location. If that ain't the issue then it's closed
So I just started heading all the way to San Leandro Marina location

Took 40 minutes for the drive through to get through 5 cars. I saw one of the responses left on another review noting the same slow issue. And the manager stated that Covid is the reason that they are more or less slow and that the dining room is closed. Covid is not a reason to be that slow, they’re literally cooking one burger and assembling them before they start the next burger. If the dining room is closed at night, they should be faster getting orders out as there is no orders coming from the dining room. If they’re this slow, they should hire another worker.

Drive thru very slow, food is always cold. Closes at random times. Not a great business idea. Never coming back. Waited in drive thru for 25 mins before they decided to close the drive thru in the middle of nowhere. Go to McDonald’s down the street, their drive thru is fast

They had a new sandwich and nobody knew how to make it. I was like when we were Manager's back in day they we where thought 1st then we trained our employees

Last night I went to Jack in the Box on HagenBurger and it was sad to say that my food was not prepared correctly it was cold. And so was Is my fries (Ax for a plane and got curly)
I asked for a freshly made fries they were not. The only thing that tasted good was my milkshake. We have to do better. Because when you ask and you say you're gonna do something think. You should make the customers happy so they can keep coming back.

The bathroom was filthy and when I was told the manager she said she had customers to serve. Only 1 person.cochinos!

It says in the website jack in the box is open 24 hours i was just there at 2: 45 am no one got my order at all actually no one was around at all

Food good but I didn't appreciate the ex-con coming up to the window interrupting the process of me picking up my order trying to beg for his job back in the drive thru. #GHETTO

Get it together! Never gets the order rightQ and food be hella cold. Didnt have time to go back but thats the last time.

The Jack in the box on hegenberger is the most horrible place ever I went to the staff is horrible I don't know who hire these people at one point an order some tacos to tacos half cook and very nasty the manager whoever he is does not obviously supervise his employees because if he did they'll be better trained and running a business a lot better instead of doing what they want to do in the middle of night time all they do is sit around and gossip be on their cell phone people trying to take orders to drive through is slow then they leave you at the speaker don't come to the speaker you have to continue saying hello and then finally a lady comes on there and say oh just a second when she could have just said that in the first place again it's a horrible horrible place
