Jack in the Box, San Ysidro CA

This Jack in the Box is hit or miss. Most often than not it's a miss. I've gotten food that's completely frozen still.

Even thought they had a big line it love fast and the girl at the window was nice. Thanks for your work

I ordere by drive thru and they didnt even ask what complements i wanted with my order they just asumed i didnt want a combo.when i was at the Window i told them.i wanted a combo the guy just said oh i thought you didnt want a combo.so.i ASKED IF can i order a coffee extra? He just said NO.

Always good burgers and chicken sandwiches. A little overkill asking me to put on mask in car when i'm 8' away from young girl taking order, but /shrug. Not even sure why she is out there, she literally takes one order at a time, but hey i'm glad she has a job. Also get her a stool to rest her feet occasionally, I felt bad watching her switch from foot to foot.

Absolutely the worst food in the area. I am sure they are using oil that has been recycled or it is so old that it kills the flavor of anything that is cooked in it. Dis gus ting.

Right now with the covid 19 going on. They have been doing a good job at taking my orders and not mess up. The lines are long but it's the only near Jack in the box we have in the area.

One star for the meal. One star for the self-service drink bar. One star for the killer milkshakes. Poor service (unfriendly) and only one outlet to charge device and the worst wifi ever barely came in at the location of the out let cost you the other two stars.

It was pretty good, the iced coffee was a bit flavorless, and the extreme sausage was more bland than other Jack in the Box's

Jack's house is much better than Ron's house and jack has a much better menu abd it's a lot cheaper in price than Ron's menu!

Its a Jack in the Box, what can I say. Parking was readily available and the bathrooms were clean so thats a plus.

Jack is my favorite fast food option, tasty burgers, several options including munchies killers. Locations vary in cleanes and space, but the food experience is mostly the same

The service was great, order was correct, quick and fulfilling. Men's Bathroom needs a little more attendance, and the tables were clean.

It is a dull Jack in the Box. You get what you order, but the sizes are odd. Ask the guys as they take your order about the size of what you are getting, it may be too much it may be too little. Should say avoid this place and ear healthy, but the chances are that you are running out of time due to an express visit or quick tour, so feel free to recharge your batteries here. Ohh, by the way, did I say there is an infinite refill on your coffee? And it's not burned

When did Jack loose its pride in their food? Meat patties were dry and hard. Not even secret sauce could salvage this burger. Definitely takes the Ultimate out of Ultimate Cheeseburger. Cheese, Meat, Cheese, Cheese, Meat and thats it. Time to get rid of your heatlamps and throw your meat on the grill.

Bad customer service, they don't give you your receipt back and have to rely on the staff to say your name right
