Jack in the Box, Temecula CA

The young man that took our order was horrible. The young man named Ruben that was working in the back was very helpful and awesome. He was taking orders and delivery them to the inside dinning, while the young cashier man was hiding. Ruben needs to be a lead or supervisor. He is very hard working and informative on everybody's orders. I would go back if he was working up front.

So greasy! The oil from the hash browns soaked through the bag and all over the seat of my new car!

Honestly one of few jack in the box locations in the area that cares about its customers and sells food thats fresh and correct the first time.

They always get our order right! And, that's saying a lot these days. When I ask for hot and salty fries, they make sure they are just perfect.

Monday 5/9/22 @ 05: 35 am:

Lobby dirty. Floors, counters, and tables needed to be mopped and wiped down. Nice people but standing around instead of getting store ready for customers. If 5: 30 is opening, be ready at 5: 30. No napkins or condiments available. Food was luke warm at best. Bad sign when your food is ready 60 seconds after ordering. If this store had been shopped by corporate, it would fail.

I showed up a whole 5 minutes before dine in opened. Even though the employees outside saw my work van was too tall for the drive thru, they refused to open a whole 5 freaking minutes early. I could understand 10+ minutes early, but 5 is plenty reasonable, especially when drive thru isn't an option.

Never coming back here.

Good place to go for a quick bite and fresh hot food and coffee. Drive thru is fast. Friendly staff! Bilingual also!

This jack in the box in on the 5 interstate and its a quick stop. I love it because there's no traffic and I can get in and out literally.

Haleigh was super professional and got our order right. I've been to many places where they don't give us the right order. She was super nice took the time to get us everything we needed. Our food was fresh and we will definitely be back!

Oily sad soaked paper bag before I could even eat the food. Was starving and tried to finish the burger anyway and couldn't. Waste of 20$ worth of food and time.

As this restaurant goes at various locations, the effort of management at customer satisfaction, in my case, was higher than many in my experience. My large milkshake was free when they determined that the line was moving too slowly. Normally this location has no such delay. Contrast this with other fast foods, some with stars, others with arches, whose names I will spare and which are more guilty of regular longer waits. They also have never slipped up on my orders.

I go to this jack in the box allot because it is close to where I am staying. I like it because you can order breakfast anytime of day. My little boy is picky and wants his breakfast burrito a certain way. They always make it the way he wants, so that is nice.

The service was awesome and the food was great. The only problems I have with this place is it's parking lot and location. It's parking lot is very odd and the line to go into the drive through is very awkward. The location is right by Jefferson Avenue which has intense bumper to bumper traffic through the day. Other than that this place is great to grab a quick bite at.

No self serve drinks due to COVID-19 restrictions, but the hands-free option also doesn't work. Good place for a quick bite though.

They seem to "run out" of alot of things at this location. That or they don't feel like making them. Came in the morning to order bacon Cheddar wedges 2 times and told they don't have any. However my coworker can go at lunch time and they have them? Thats weird?
Hmmm.

Put a sign up or something so people know before they order.
