Jack in the Box, Fresno CA

Don't have small cups for kids meal an they sell you a medium size for a kid, an they sell you cut fries for kids not the whole ring fries an fill the medium ring fries half ways not alot an yet your paying for a combo meal.not good

Together with the homeless bugging you and threaten you if you don't comply and with the staff that there is working 2 people in the store in the store and it takes an hour to get your order that is a shame is that is the shame Is by far

I don’t wanna be one of those customers but the hashbrown was cold n so was my croissant it tasted like so nasty as if everything was old

They're fast and they make good food I'm very happy with her service and I'll see a smile on their faces thank you Jack in the box and I used to work in a Jack in The box in 19 73 they're the best

Terrible experience had to wait on Curly fries rest of order was cold. Unfortunately I had eat the meal. Young lady offered to redo order. Took 10 minutes for fries. Couldn't wait 20 minutes more to have all hot at same time

My burger looks like it already had a bite taken out of the patty, something lame like this always happens at this jack n the box.

It's never too busy and the workers are fast and nice. Its only super busy when it's late and everyone has the munchies.

I like coming to Jack in the Box they have good tacos better than Taco Bell and the cheesecakes are so good that's why I like going to Jack in the Box

Foods always good but the wait is always no less then 30 minutes and that's on a good day some times it takes 30 minutes just to get to the speaker and give ur order

Great customer service, extra long line in drive thru but they move along quickly and my order is always made correctly, thats the best part of all.

Edit: I left feedback on the website and still have heard nothing.

I ordered a burger with no patty and paid extra to add bacon instead and instead got a cold sandwich with no meat whatsoever. I have no idea how you can see that I requested no patty but not see to add bacon. I paid for bacon that I never got. I ordered delivery so I can't even fix this now. I am very upset.

Drive thru service is friendly but speaker system may need checked ensure they here you corretly or they may think you ordered 12 of 1 item.

I had a wonderful meal of the sour dough sandwhich.
Really good and very tasty.
Everything was served hot and fresh!
The staff were very polite and respectful.
I joked with the girl at the window about not having cherry coke and she laughed.
Would definitely eat here again.
Though, I have to say that I do not like their tacos at all.

This are great restaurant s to get a late bite just be ready for long waits atvthe drive thru as they are open later than 3 someplaces ans therefore there is not much open in certain areas food is good amd have some nice choices changing from time to time along their classic items

We didn't realize the portions were smaller. Like the ultimate cheeseburger was two small beef patties. I mean noticeably smaller. It was just disappointing. I hate when food makes me sad, especially junk food.

There was a giant sign in the window that said "Dining Room Now Open! " Lies! I got my 4 small children out of the van.and the door was locked.

Drive thru service was fine, though. They just need to take the sign down.:)

Very slow half an hour and no food after ordered. Gang members around. Employees watch how people get harass or looked at to be taken advantage of when leaving. Be careful going here. Blackstone and clinton area or Fresno city college.

The food here is very delicious. I love the fact that Jack in the Box puts a curly fry in your normal fries, and vice versa.
