Jack in the Box, San Diego CA

This is the slowest location I have ever visited. At 12: 58pm I Bought 4 tacos and a drink. Received my order 17 minutes later. The guy that was in front of me ordered online and I got my order before him. Employees were not friendly and lacked any type of customer service skills.

My entire family got diarrhea after this meal. We were driving from Las Vegas to San Diego. Love Jack in the Box but this locations food was trash unfortunately.

This place is horribly staffed by a bunch of lazy people who do not want to do their job. Don't go after 10 or 11 pm they will not make the food you want.

I usually order curly fries, jalapeños poppers and onion rings.all of them are heavenly! At times service gets slow but otherwise it's been good so far.

Attempted to go to this location this early morning around 7: 30 AM but it was doors were locked and you can see an employee in the back just hanging out. The dining room shows 6: 00 AM opening for carry out.

Avoid this location if possible. Prices are outrageous compared to other locations. For example, a Jumbo Jack is $2 more than the surrounding locations' prices. Also, all condiments, including napkins, are rationed from behind the counter. Self-Serve Soda machine supposedly not operating, lobby not tended to at all in the two hours I hung out during the lunch rush while my car was being fixed next door.

One of the worst hamburgers I ever had in my life and I had some pretty bad ones. Never will go back to this place or any Jack in the Box for quite a while now. They didn't even have soft drinks. Big mistake in coming to this establishment or any Jack in the Box.

This J and B has really gone downhill. When you have to wait 10 to 15 to get your food thru the drive in.that's bad. Especially with the gas prices. Their service and the lack of people not wanting to work anymore has really hindered this business. Too bad.

I miss the old commercials where Jack's ads are attacking his competitors with insults. Want to see an ad with jack vs Wendy's girl.

The wrkers were great but bad customer mde bad experience. Man brought inside his pet. Had pet sitting on furniture, the chairs, and barking at ppl as they came in. It was rude. I was waiting for my food that I had ordered before he brought in his pet, but there was a family that came in and his pet kept loudly aggressively barking at the family then the family just left. I wished the wrkers would have said sumthing. Just seemed soo rude, it's not what ppl come out to eat for, to be harassed by sumone else's pet while inside the restaurant. The the man's pet barked very loudly and aggressively. Ppl just don't come out to eat to be attacked by other ppl's pets

This place is really clean and they run to cook your food so fast.good costumer service as well

Worst drive thru ever! My food order is NEVER correct! The burger sandwiches have more lettuce than the burger size! Just awful.check food order BEFORE you drive off!

No staff available at the drive thru at midnight, on a Friday night while restaurant is supposed to be opened until 3: 30 AM.what is going on?

This particular Jack in the Box gets 5 stars. It's super clean, great service, they asked if I needed help or was I being helped already and that was nice. If I have said any thing about another jack in the box that's because they were not as accommodating as this one.

Holy wow! Best customer service ever, really. The employee who took our order was the sweetest person ever named Asia. Whatever their paycheck is should be raised and I mean that with my whole heart. I deliberately asked for their name so I could take not of how amazing my experience was with them. Every time I come here, I’m hoping that I get Asia again because of how great this was. Highly recommend this place!

Went to this location for the first time today. Jane was absolutely amazing! She really lit up the drive through with her personality and was so kind. The food was great and the experience made my morning better.

Disgusted! No tacos no frys! This is a disgrace to Jack in the box! And we got stuck in the drive thru! For 30 minutes! If there was a negative star i would give it! F U! Owners for running a bad store!

Last time I had a chicken sandwich from here it was so overcooked it was rubbery and I couldn't bite through it. I don't expect super high quality from fast food, but it should be edible. Also they were out of many drink options, and seem to always be out of something. I won't be returning for awhile.
