Jack in the Box, El Cajon CA

This one of the better Jack's I've been to. Fast service and super clean bathroom. A good example for other Jacks.

The location is what I like least about this JB. Homeless people are an issue. Prices are always too high.my opinion.

Don’t come here, the workers have an attitude and horrible costumer service. You also have to buy something before given permission to go to the bathroom which is unfair. Since using the restroom is something we naturally do and shouldn’t have to pay some snobby people to allow us to do it. If you want food go somewhere else and save yourself some time. They hire lazy people to work here.

Terrible! Totally messed up an online pick up order. Missing items! How can that be if everything is written down. Very disappointing!

Yo this jack is almost always on point with the tacos, crispy, fresh, i wanted to get off and thank the folks in the back. Staff is chill they doing their jobs.

The morning shift manager lady is very cruel, her representation of a good customer service is bad. She always has that angry look in her eyes when she speaks to a customer. Really bad image.

This has got to be the worst jack in the box when it comes to customer service, i got shorted an item when I went thru the drive tru and i contacted corporate about a refund, it's been months and no one has gotten in contact with me all i got was an automated email

Usually, I love this location but today.my nuggets were cold and tasted horrible. Like they were old and cooked in nasty oil. Service wad slow considered it was just me and one other person in the drive thru. Not satisfied with this visit.

Got their for breakfast the lady behind the counter was extremely welcoming got my meal just a little bit late but it's okay

So usually my food is good from this perticular location however the other day not so much. A cheeseburger with sourdough bread no pickles,

When ordering off the app it very fast service, but I have found my burgers to be over cooked.

Not the fault of this particular restaurant but the company as a whole, they got rid of my absolute favorite meal which was the spicy nacho chicken munchie meal. I’ve gotten that for YEARS an absolute favorite and they just let it go. It was tragic when I found out. Other than that their food is alright the chicken strips and fries are good.

I usually order the Munchie box and and extra order of medium fries. I usually go to this location because they normally give the amount that is given. Today however, they put my whole order in the Munchie box. I only received 4 onion rings and I know the fries amount was a small not a medium. I questioned the server at the window where my fries where. When he said they were in the box I felt something not right. I got home looked at my order and feel I was cheated a full side of onion rings and a full medium size fries. If they fix this for the next time I go, I will change my rating to a 5. But until then. I'm hungry!

This Jack in the Box is always fast and accurate. Only problem is that there is a large population of homeless people who hang around and panhandle while you wait in line. They make people uncomfortable.

Competent, which is more than can be said for other locations in the area. Customer service ranges from mediocre to stellar, I once had someone remember that I had previously driven away without my drink and they made it for me for free without my even asking. If that alone isn't five star service, I don't know what is.

Their prices are FAR higher here than they should be for what you are getting. My chicken sandwich was twice the price of what it should have been, or half as large as it should have been. My daughter’s hamburger was somewhat of a value, so it was not a total waste of my time to come here. Exiting the parking lot was a nightmare, however.

After making me repeat my older no less than six times they still got it incorrect. I had to go back through and wait an additional 15 minutes for my food to be cooked correctly. Good customer service but that is just a bit much for a freaking cheeseburger.

I had Tiny tacos and woke up in the middle of the night and threw up. I won't be eating there again! Told my friend what happened to me and the same thing happened to her a few days prior.

The food is good, and the takeout people are super nice. The line at this one can get long but moves pretty quickly. Expect greasy food, because its a fast food place. Good pricing for what you get.

Busy, sadly no bathrooms to use, same at CVS across street. Not understand how can sell food, but not provide bathrooms to get rid of human waste made from what they sell? Nice staff, and good deals if you use coupons and specials.
