Jack in the Box, Fresno CA

Food & service is very good. I just don't like how they don't open the dining area at a certain time than it says on the schedule sticker at the entrance. And they also lock the dining area early.

The good hamburger Jack in the box a double meat cheeseburger nice tomatoes and lettuce on it fresh and hot got to love it I'll be back

DT visit. A bit slow but I didn't mind. Food was fresh n delish. Very friendly girl at the window.

All Fresh N Hot. Ordered The Triple Bacon N Cheese Combo! Always Get Great Customer Service at The Drive Thru and my order is also Correct. Every time I order from There I'm Smiling and Leaving with a full Belly! Yeeeee Yeeeee! Oh, yeah not to far from the freeway exit on Clinton and 99. Arco Am/Pm, Valero Gas, Johnny Quick/ Chevron gas, are near by Clinton and Mark's. To All in There Great Job, Stay Positive!

I like Jack in the Box. They take a little longer but it's always freshly made. Can be a little pricey for fast food but they have filling burgers. Also they are always open late.

The only issue I have with my visit here this time was that they did not listen to requests.
I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger and asked to add LIGHT onion. They but so much that I could've shared it with 10 jumbo jacks! Lol other than that it was a good visit!

Good experience. Drive through seams a little narrow specially for larger vehicles. Just an observation.

Either it's the Ubers fault or you guys. I see him at the drive through for the last 25 mins and I ordered an hour ago. It takes an hour to make my food? ! Why isn't the food ready. Forget that bs about contacting the store if your reading this then do something about it with your workers. Smh this should be your last resort if you go here. Unacceptable

Rude service! Missed a combo meal amd told us to get back in line to get it. Didn't even give us the right food either.

Could not handle lunch hour had a 15 minute wait for my buttery Jack then the sandwich wasn't even made how it is advertised no lettuce no tomatoes just Burger sauce and bread

Keep deleting my review. Most recently gave me the wrong burger. Ordered single Jumbo Jack. Received Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger. Gross.

Disappointed and disgusted. Needs a better crew. Very slow paced. Went back because my food was spoiled had it remade and was still spoiled. Close it down.

Just left without ordering. I was left with silence for 5 minutes, I began to order and the girl told me she'll be with me when they're ready, and I can wait. There was no need for that attitude, also there was only 1 car in front. I'm gathering people are going elsewhere, I did.

Went to this Jack’s with a coupon, just for the worker to tell me the coupon didn’t work. Keep in mind that the coupon expires on September 19. They also messed up my friend’s order after me he ordered just a simple combo and they gave him the wrong burger not even the right type of meat (he ordered chicken) Fat chunky girl with green dyed hair by the way. Fugly chick needs to be fired asap.

Went there at 4 AM. Guy from the promoter said he’s system not working and he won’t be able to serve me. Seems like the bad reviews are not an exaggeration

NO TOMATOES! How hard is that. This restaurant is the worst in Fresno. I should have driven a few more miles to the clovis ave location

This has to be the worst Jack in the Box I have been to. I had went through drive-through and the person at the drive thru I'm assuming is a manager he was on his phone texting the whole time to top things off when i had asked him if everything was in my order he was ya ya ya and shut the window and the girl that was taking the order was very rude. So I get home and I was missing some of the items I ordered this is not the first time this happens either this jack in the box needs new employees.

I yes left the tha store is very discussing very on safe food to eat tha is my $30 dinner I don't know how employees alow food to go out like this I take this very personal my food was green mold eggs we shells my family was going take bites of tha food they said taste funny I opened discussing I hope manager take this very seriously because bacteria, virus and food poison is very sick and very dangerous look at tha pictures and video I trow away my dinner my money they I work all day to tha garbage.

Check your orders before you take off from the drive through. The tacos are always old & greasy. They almost always get the orders wrong when it gets real busy. The employees are always nice though.

The drive-through associates were polite and patient. The folks in the vehicle behind me were too loud (yelling), making it difficult to understand each other thru the speaker. They calmed down enough for me to finish my order. Yes, it was exactly what I ordered.
Just one complaint, the few slices of tomato were spoiled.
