Jack in the Box, San Diego CA

Early morning always order tacos and I get old tacos with dried lettuce. I never said anything until today.
I get some attitude when I asked with no lettuce this time to make sure I get fresh tacos trust is huge. I get four tacos with lettuce. I tried I just couldn’t the morning workers no thank you.
I just can’t seriously next time I see the same staff I’m just going to drive away.
It’s not difficult job biggest part is trusting someone else handling your food.
It feels that if you get sick the workers do not care about your well being.

Feb. 24, Thursday. I bought my food inside of Jacks, took my food to my car to eat. I threw my trash away.
I went back inside of Jacks to use the restroom. It was locked and the acting manager, told me NO!
She yelled at me in front other customers. She said, customers only. I explained that I just bought my food. The acting manager demanded my receipt. I explained that i threw it in the trash. Once again, she yelled, No. Another customer, said let him use my receipt. Finally, she let me in, but she said this is the last time, I will do this for you. This all happened around 7pm.
I eat at Jacks alot, after work.
My dog is treated better, then I was treated. I went in the next night, and she threw the foot across the counter at me.
This person should not be working in customer service.

Really cold food. Bad experience as an employee and customer. Left the job after 3 months because everyone is lazy nobody want do nothing. Manager was a really nice person always working at other Jack’s so everyone had their own rule. It’s a disaster now I’m a leader at another jack. Very happy one.

I always get the country style bacon chicken sandwich with curly fries

New Jack in the box has been open for a little while customer service is great f food seems to be on par.

Could not dine in; only allowed drive through. Woman window stated not enough workers to open up. But why not post a sign to explain? Customers lined outside with no info. We tried to meet buddies for coffee.

Longest wait EVER and there is ALWAYS this weird dude talking to himself by the drive thru but in a way that makes u think he's talking to him than he plays it off like he's talking to himself. This all has happen to me on 3 different occasions over the last 6 months.

I eat here a lot, I always seem to enjoy it. But today I purchased some tacos and they tasted really weird, next thing you know I'm puking and rushing to the restroom. I don't know how clean they are with their food, but after eating this it made me never want to return here again. I hope I'm not getting getting poisoning from this meal!

Cashier was polite, asked me if I wanted sauce and gave exactly what I asked for. As he gave me my order he told me what was in each bag.

The food was fresh and the building has undergone a recent remodeling. The bathrooms could use a bit more cleaning though.

I’ve been coming here for many many years I live across the street but I’ve never seen a manager yell at somebody before. Manager just yelled at 8: 18-year-old possibly maybe even 16-year-old over coffee spill. I would state her name but she has no tag on her shirt. Just to put her on the spot. She shaved the kid over coffee spill in front of customers and coworkers totally uncalled for. I can imagine it’s hard to run a shift but this young kid doesn’t deserve to be yelled at in front of people and embarrassed and shamed. 10: 23 am 9/4/21

I usually use the drive thru, and it is quick And efficient to use. The employees are courteous and helpful. The food is hot and fresh. I would recommend.

This drive thru takes extremely to long I ordered a chocolate shake and 6pcs nuggets and they took 15 minutes to give me my food this was a super simple order nothing difficult about it and they still took forever

If you want your food in a timely manner. Definitely don’t go through the drive through. 30mins in line to get a couple burgers. Bunch of kids that work there that could honestly careless about any customer service or urgency to get food out.

Super bad service. I hate we you're ordering and Cashier is in a rush.just to talk with the other workers (chime)

Was ignored when I wanted to give my order. Nobody else was inside, it was not busy inside either. Employees did not ask for me to wait a moment, I was just standing there while nobody was at the register.

Fast efficient deliscious as always. Had a bacon Swiss buttery jack and the garlic butter and parsley topping killed it as always. Right on!

Wow, what a difference location makes. After 4 horrible experiences at San Ysidro location I had a great experience in IB. Hot food, great service, I even got to dine inside. Good job!

This Jack in the box is exactly what it says it is, Jack in the box. I appreciate that they drive through is open late. Restaurant is clean and the staff was friendly.

There was not a long wait, for once. When we hit our food, I knew why we received our food so fast. The curly fried were extremely weird because they were lukewarm and hard. I couldn't tell if they were old, undercooked or overcooked. The chicken was rubbery.
It seems its a hit and miss at this location. Sometimes it'll be a good experience and sometimes it will suck!
