Jack in the Box, Chula Vista CA

Ordered my food via drive thru. And on the menu order screen stated one thing and it stated another when I was checking my food. Stated " oh my co worker didn't hear you" when he said the order back. Never coming back to that one.

Waaay expensive for what you get. Specially considering it's fast food. 2 burger combos = 25 Dollar plus

Food not very good as before hamburgers are very small and have risen in price quite a bit, this place was my favorite place to eat but now I'm just going to only once in a while

Excellent and friendly service by staff member Gianna! She was very pleasant and her great smile brightened my day.

As for the store itself, the dining room door was locked during business hours and I had to walk around to another entry point. The breakfast sandwich was a bit sloppy but tasted good.

It's super dirty inside the team leader needs to get a slap In the face for letting hiring those cooks I got food poison from under cooked stuff there

I ordered a sausage crossiant combo with no cheese, hashbrown, and orange juice and side of ketchup. I received fast friendly service, crossiant and hashbrown were hot and fresh. Unfortunately they forgot the sausage and the hashbrown was not salted. I was down the road on the way to work when I discovered this. This is not the first Jack in the Box messed up. So please check your order before you leave the drive thru no matter how much in a hurry you are even if the line is backed up behind you.

SOMETIMES MANY CUSTOMERS ARE GOING TO HAVE BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THINGS IN OUR LIFE'S. IM REALLY SORRY C THAT YOU HAD TO GO THREW THAT, BUT IT DOES REALLY OPEN UP THE EYES OF MANAGEMENT TO OVER LOOK THINGS THAT JACK COULD PICK UP FROM WHAT CUSTOMERS over see

We don't have Jack in the Box where I'm from so I had to try, and was very impressed. Nice staff and some great burgers.

Always good food and fresh coffee. Not very clean, restrooms always need attention and always have to clean the table myself before sitting down.

Idk why the locations closer to where I live are subpar but this location has been bomb the past couple times I've visited.will probably continue to go out of my way.

Food is always good and the drinks are always good. Specifically at this location, the only issue that I have is drive through. I dont know who's bright idea it is or if who ever is serving drinks there thinks it's funny, but more than once I have gotten the wrong drinks. To the point where I will ask for a large Sprite and be given a large water instead.

Was the worst experience I've had at a Jack in the box. First let's start with the woman working drive through did not know you had a fish sandwich.should have been my sign not to order it but after my 4th try she got it right. 10 x I told her i did not want fries to get to the window and have fries because it was cheaper to do it that way. I don't care that it was cheaper I then had to smell them in my car and dispose of them. To top it off 9 dollars later my fish sandwich was hard and unediable. Not burnt so not certain if it was microwaved or what but it was so hard I chipped a tooth. Jack in the box is typically a go to for our family but avoid the fish

I just like going there after school with my friends.
They never take that long to take a order and very nice people.

Drive thru is always closed between 330am-500am this has been going on for a while now!
Can't depend on this location, it's 430am and they are not taking orders. Jack you need to put a sign open 22hrs a day. Not 24hrs a day.
