Jack in the Box reviews
1321MAR2023, at around 7: 35PM, I went to the drive through and the guy on the comms told me that they were closing when in fact they were closing at 8pm. They said they closing half an hour early to cleans and getting ready to closed, while they were doing it during business hours. Maybe it’s just me, I thought they were supposed to start cleaning at 8pm and still serving before then.
Service is normally pretty quick. Not much else to say about a fast food joint but this one does do better than most.
Takes 20 minutes to wait for one meal and they screw it up every time. Girl at the window was rude and not helpful. Bad customer service.
Only three stars due to not have any ice available and being offered a cold bottle beverage as an option.
Please update your hours to reflect you will be closed early every single day. And thank you.
Need to clean out the frier, what i thought was pepper was actually burnt crumbs. Sourdough jack was messed up. No one working the counter for a good 10 to 15min.
Over thanksgiving they were supposed to close at 2 everyday. Well the doors were locked at 1: 30 one day and 1: 15 the next and 12: 30 the next. They never follow hours. They close whenever they feel like it. On Tuesday the 30th (today) at 3: 40 they were closed for a “30 min employee break”. It’s been 45 minutes and they still aren’t back. The ONLY saving grace of this place is the sweet younger lady with short hair. She has the best customer service I’ve ever seen. However, you can’t have good customer service AND close whenever you want and expect good reviews.
Never follows prescribed hours, closes whenever they choose. Also never has half the menu items… This is so sad especially for being on base.
7/9/2021 @ 530: The wait time for service and for food is absolutely horrendous. I waited inside for 5-7 minutes and no acknowledgement and nobody took my order. At least the base security got her mini churros and coffee.
I ordered a burger with just mustard and extra onions… and a drink with no ice… I received a bun with JUST (i.e, no meat) mustard and onions (hardly any at that) with a drink packed with ice. The employee said “but you said you just wanted mustard and onions”. No apology was offered. Oh, and they gave me a kid’s meal… not what I ordered either. They only stay is business due to a captured audience on a base with limited choices.
Not bad, if your on a budget. Staff greet you before taking your order and smile even though thier face is covered, happy to have your business.
First time there. Enjoyed a bacon double cheeseburger, fries and drink. Prices are reasonable food is very good. No waiting around it's fast.
5/5 just strange when a bunch of navy seals burst through the door because I was trespassing on a federal base or something
