Don't go early in the morning too much traffic. Walk in is better. Nothing really to talk about.

The manager on site is super rude criticizing my husband while in the drive thru window didn’t even give him back His card that he paid with not even the recipe that supposed to come with it

Fast Food service, and restaurant is really clean. Everything looks clean, I like eat in clean restaurant you can enjoy your food.

It's a nice place people very friendly clean ️ it's been remodeling has a for Seniors at front to Jack is very convinius and has lot of parking. (they speak ️ Spanish, French) # ️

Take out was fast but no hand hygiene. The cashier who took care of us was nice except that the gloves she used getting the money and giving our change is the same gloves she used to prepare the food.

J.o. T.b. Is always a great place to stop n get a bite to eat. It's always fast and it's cheap if you need it to be because there's always a few things on the menu that are around a dollar. Can't beat that with a stick even if I had one.

Front door glass disgusting always homeless around smells bad outside patio.also They let them eat inside one time I order to go and it was one eating inside couldn't breathe. But this place on H st. & Broadway lack of cleaning is very noticeable

I ordered two Munchie Meals: one with the Cluck and the other with an Ultimate Cheeseburger.

After waiting for 20 minutes, I got my food wrong. Both burgers were Ultimate Cheeseburgers but with only one patty instead of two. When I went to tell an employee about one of the burgers, he kept staring at me bewildered and confused. After bringing up the second burger’s mistake, he did not apologize and rather just proceeded to speak with his manager in Spanish and turned his back on me.

Horrible customer service, horrible food, this Jack-In-The-Box got a makeover but sadly that’s all it got. It’s aesthetic improved from the 90s but it’s employees have been made into pathetic excuses of customer service. I’ve received better customer service at the DMV on a Friday afternoon.

I’d gave this place a zero star. There is a long line on the drive thru and barely people inside ordering. I ordered through JackInthebox mobile app, and pickup at the counter. They had me waiting for 20 mins and tend to prioritize drive thru. Besides waiting for 20 mins, they still messed up my order, I was missing one Double Jack and fries, but gave me the drink, I think the supervisor (he) did it on purpose. Also, these crew member do not wash hand after taking order and handling money. In addition, the tabletops are dirty and the floor. Please have this place check out by health department. If no one accommodates this mistakes they will keep doing it until customer retaliate. Horrible service tried to call them no one answered.

This is THE best JITB you could visit. People are friendly, service is timely, and it looks great outside and inside. I would have my wedding at this place! #OneLove

They really need to fix that drive through box, they come off very rude when they keep asking me to repeat myself because they can't hear the customer. (i repeated 5 times and they still couldn't get it right) Then when you finally get to the window, the guy says, the storage is broken and they have an attitude. You'd think since they remodeled the Jack in the Box that they would of invested in a speaker for the drive thru along with some remodeled customer service. 3rd street and quintard location. They're customer service is horrible.

It was clean but they ran out of the popcorn chicken that they are currently advertising, the girl didn't tell us till 5 minutes after they charged us for the food
