Jack in the Box, Modesto CA

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. They wrapped an old jumbo jack in a spicy chicken sandwich wrapper. Tried to call the store thinking it might have been a mistake and there was no answer.

The wait at the drive thru was 20 minutes! I even ordered ahead on the app. My fries were very cold and had no salt. My burger was slapped together, the sinuses falling everywhere and it didn’t even taste good.

They forgot 4 of 8 items ordered. I dont know how these people even get jobs. Extremely upset and will not be ordering from here EVER again and i suggest you take your money some place else as well.

Mgmt here is rude, customer service 0 to None.short staff n very grungy looking, and the only words said to me instead of hello I'll be right with you, we got a In busy right now and a head turn with a rude look. She was handling many task with no gloves and touching food, dropping in fryer and touching door knobs freezer knobs, register everything with her bare hands she touched it all and that's when we did a 180 and took off.

By far the worst one I have been to! I ordered 4 tacos and had to wait 20min or more in drive-through, only 2 cars in front of me and I don't think they had big orders cause they got small bags and one car no drink and the other had small bag also and 2 drinks so idk what was taking so long. I wasn't able to get out of line or I would've cause the wait was to much for 4 tacos, also I would think they would car a bit more on the appearance of their restaurant cause it was dirty and I mean dirty! There was ketchup or hot sauce sprayed all over the wall from drive-through, and the window was dirty. I will think twice before I go there again

It was the worst I've ever had from Jack In The Box.four different burgers, all of them so dry we almost couldn't eat them.

Have decent deals but other than that it's pretty pricy if you don't stick to them. Good costumer service most of the time.

Every time I Uber eats from this place anytime requests something I’m allergic to it’s always on my burger minimum effort put in at this place

Always mistake the application and change the prices at the window, and when you arrive home your order is incomplete

Consistent taste and service not.everything is excellent but some things are so a star less for the little imperfections

The people that worked there were great but the food could have been better. The Buns tasted like they were stale and then microwaved on the Jumbo Jack but however the chicken sandwich was perfect and the little tacos were perfect
