Jack in the Box, Modesto CA

They forgot to include my chicken fajita pita. I came back a couple of hours later to ask for the missed item and ordered two tacos. I expected the tacos to be free due to having to return all the way from Ceres.

It's location. That's good service and it's pretty clean wish I could say the same for the area around it. Prayers go out to those people that are having it rough

The food was FRESH N' HOT! Customer service and cleanliness is always among the best in Modesto. I love the aesthetic of the location. They have to deal with the riff raff the city allows to pyle up in Modesto. They definitely manage it well. Thank you Jack!

By far the best public bathroom I've EVER used. You do have to purchase something to unlock the bathroom but so worth it.

We did a quick stop to grab some coffee and it was so good! Perfect temperature and the taste was so good! Restroom really clean.

Good Sourdough Jack and friendly service, but no in-dining? No restrooms? Kind of a bummer when you're driving on 99 on a four hour trip and stop for lunch. Next time, I'll put up with inferior burgers at McDs.

Found plastic in my food. I order orange juice and when I went to the window she said we don’t have orange juice. They don’t care about there job. The workers are in a rush.

I went for a walk quick lunch I order the tacos combo. The tacos were too greased they were not fresh but I enjoy the curly fries so not too good experience today but I had eat this tacos before they were not that bad but today not good

This place is very dirty I found hair in my food the manager refused to replace my sourdough jack. Then I went back the next week and they refused to serve me in the drive thru because I wasnt wearing a mask. The mask mandate was lifted and they still refused to serve me

Went at about 10: 32 a.m. On Monday, May 24. Ordered a chocolate milkshake and got a vanilla with some chocolate syrup. I asked the employee if she could mix it more because it looked like vanilla and she told me they are just like that. They are in fact not like that because I told her I have gotten darker ones on the Yosemite Blvd Jack in the box in a Modesto. All I wanted was a CHOCOLATE milkshake. I have pictures too but can't find where to upload at the moment. After tasting it, had to go back in drive through and tell her again that I did not want this milkshake and got my money back instead of another one because she did not look happy that I was not okay with a vanilla milkshake mixed with light syrup

First of all rude customer service after I told them I drove there from another jack in the box because supposedly they were closed for maintenance then they take my order and then they forgot stuff from my order I drove around knocked on the door no one came so I had to go back thru the drive thru mind you there was a longggggggg line and ask for my food that was missing that I got charged for they need to make sure orders are right!

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Employees are all rude and do not know how to operate a store. Lucky they have good food.

They always get rhe order wrong here! I am always missing food or they give me the wrong thing. 3x in a row now.

I don’t know what’s going on with this world today but when you pull into the drive-through which is the only thing open these days and there are cars in line all the way around the building you would think you would get your food fresh hot but I guess that’s not the case, I ordered the breakfast Jack combo I got a cold sandwich and a hash brown that was nothing but grease and over cooked and cold to boot and my coffee Coffee was just lukewarm not even hot cold by the time I put my creamer in it. These days food service is just going down the toilet.

So here's the scenario. I had a huge toothache and hadn't eaten in a few days. We pull up and order. I ordered the Munchie meal with the extreme sausage because i figured it would be soft enough to enjoy. I opened my box when i got home only to find the fries were missing and tasted old as if they'd been sitting too long. The eggs in the sandwich were way over cooked and soaked in a dark grease. The sandwich was gross so i pulled the eggs out and tried to finish but couldn't because i became extremely sick to my stomach. My wife ate some of the egg and also became sick. I didn't throw up but definitely dry heaved multiple times. Not the place to go if your starving. It's obvious the griddle needs to be cleaned.
Highly disappointed is an understatement. The cashiers were being rude with a customer so the first appearance should have kept me driving thru but now I'm sorry i didn't

Tacos are unbalanced, stale and overly greasy. There's a shady motel across the street so I just go through the drive thru. Always decent service though.

Average but slow service for walkin. Drive through gets priority. Inside needs faster due to Covid. If not driving this sucks. No repeat.

They are always messing up my order and always put teriyaki sauce when i specifically say not to
