Jack in the Box, Modesto CA

So disappointed in this jack in the box. I went tonight 2-10-2023 at around 10: 35 pm ordered mini churros, one egg roll a seven piece jalapeño and two tacos. I was very specific about my tacos, being fresh with extra lettuce and extra sauce. The girl taking my order was very rude. She kept cutting me off after everything that I said after me telling her that I wanted them fresh. She told me that she got to me as I was at the window. All the employees came up to see who who I was. I know this because I’ve worked at Jack-in-the-Box for six years so I know that the tacos were not fresh and I feel like they did it on purpose because they know that I wanted them fresh. I repeated it three times and I even let her know that I worked at Jack-in-the-Box before, this is not the first time that I’ve had bad food from them and then when you call the phone number they never answer the phone so very poorly customer service bad food. Love When You Can Go To Your Favorite Fast Food Joint and Then Received Everything You Ordered Cooked Fresh and Served In A Timely Matter.

This jack in the box sucks for whatever reason anytime we come here we spend 30minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars infront of us. 9/10 this is the case. I give up coming here. Horrible service

I went through the drive thru on 2/5/22 at around 3: 50 pm and did not get a copy of my receipt or the churros that I ordered.

Only place you can get a slice of American cheese on a taco and deep fried with lettuce inside! And they're great!

Do not go here. Went to get the stacker breakfast combo which is listed at 6.99.didn't get anything extra didn't increase size of drink.got 2.came out to over 17 dollars.when I questioned how why it was 4 ish dollars over he just reconfirmed the order and when I told him it was 6.99 he just kinda shrugged and that's what I was charged. I was then handed my card back and CONVENIENTLY they didn't have receipt paper.in the whole store. I find that incredibly hard to believe. Super shady situation.

They don't serve milkshakes late night should be posted prior to getting into the drive thru.

Tell me why I went to this location on hatch road and got two of the breakfast stacker combos. Not large. Just regular how it comes.
Advertised as $6.99.
Pretty wild how two $6.99 meals comes out to $18.90.
It costs me almost $20 to feed myself at jack in the box. How. I'm still hungry. I am the hungry stoner.
Came with the sandwiches and hash browns and a drink.
I asked for a receipt because like how it come out to almost $4 more. I was told their was no receipt paper, I told the dude it was sketch and he just shut the window on me. I feel like I just got overcharged and my money pocketed for real. I won't be returning to this location.
The sandwich is ridiculously big tho. Will be getting at another location.

I ordered 2 sausage burritos o 9/23/2022 @1: 45pm there was so much cheese and Sriracha it was dripping out of the burrito this was the worst breakfast burritos I have ever eaten the last time I was there I ordered a buttery jack the meat was super dry cold and rubbery I could bounce it off the floor, I will never eat at this jack the box again in times that we are in where everything is going up in price by 20 to 50% the quality of food should be excellent not terrible Hatch rd Ceres don't eat here unless you want dried up sloppy food.

My fries were burnt and not salted. My burger was cold and not warm. My soda was all carbonation and no soda.
Not a good place for food.
The employee was nice and the wait wasn’t bad. But not worth the awful food.

Waited in the drive thru 30 minutes I wouldn't recommend to anyone if they are in a hurry to get to work

Slower than a sit down restaurant. If you dont want to pay more to keep people employed just close. 10 min a car in the drive through makes me wonder if corporate knows how bad it is.

Sooo slow hire some more people. I asked for thousand island dressing I get home and they have me ranch. 3: 30am I just got off work. I'm not happy

I love the Jumbo Jack. I think it's the best burger around, but it never gets any love. Everyone is all about In n Out. The lettuce and tomato are always so fresh. Very tasty burger. And the egg rolls are better than any Chinese restaurant around.

I said what I wanted twice at the speaker. The guy asked me twice if I wanted it with bacon I said yes and French toast. Got to the window to get my order, waited a couple minutes only to find out that they didn't get my order correct because he didn't listen. He said then that he would process my refund. Had to wait longer so the French toast sticks could cook. Never got a receipt. I had to look on my bank's information just to see how much I paid, since I was confused as to whether I actually paid or I got a refund. My potatoes were twice cooked, that's not what I asked for either. And I didn't even get a fork to eat my eggs with.

At approximately 11: 40 the doors were locked for dine in went next door to KFC and their doors were locked too for dine in, On both their websites it says dine in is open, I drive a box truck very difficult to go thru the drive thru, Need to be consistent I've been seeing alot of locked doors where I can go to any jack in the box and they're open

Added items I didn't state at the window, got mad at me for saying that I did not add those. Then proceeded to still try and charge me for those items at the window. Their was no need for such an attitude.
