Jack in the Box, Corona CA

It was a wonderful work environment also tha employees were very nice order was on time but they got my fries wrong but thtz ok I eat them anyways.

On Wednesday we went to get breakfast and I was having a rough morning we went through drive through and Carlos was taking our order and I can say this… he was the best! So polite and humble! He just made my day better that’s what customer should always be! Thank you Carlos! He deserves a BIG raise!

Worst jack in the box ever! They do not know how to follow instructions, I ordered a milkshake with no whip cream and no cherry, and they still put whip cream and cherry. Also I ordered 2 tacos and didn't get them. Just overall always been having a bad experience with this specific jack in the box. And you can't even call them to complain, because they have the phones off and send you right to voicemail. Please read this before buying here! Don't waste your money on this jack in the box whatsoever!

Just got out of the drive thru and just want to say Carlos really made my night by being so polite and attentive. Been a long day and Carlos has amazing service.

Half order is missing and made me wait aside 10 minutes for still missing food. And phone line goes directly voicemail. Worst services ever.

Really nice staff! The gentleman who took my order was very nice, polite, and sweet, with a positive attitude and even carried out my meal to my table. Said if I need anything at all to let him know. Better service than some 4 star restaurants. The receipt says Luis was his name. The food at this location was great. Got the spicy chicken sandwich.

$22? !? !? !? For 2 meals.they only offer the 32oz or bigger meal.this is a rip off.never again.learned my lesson

They let me order from the app took my money from my bank and it's closed now I can't eat

Manager was so rude because I didn’t want the fries he gave me which had been made with old oil. My fries had black burn speaks all over like if it were seasoned with the black stuff off a grill. Then he gave me the wrong change. I would never recommend this place so freaking discussing n he snatched the fries out of my hand

The hamburger meat didn’t look or tast like it was fully cooked and the lettuce wasn’t fresh but discolored and wilted. Really gross. The donut holes were chewy soft and undercooked with no cinnamon on them.would not recommend anyone eating there.

It's 9: 44 pm wed Jan 19 I just got my order from jack in the box and I ordered the chicken cluck sandwich and the chicken wasn't cooked all the way fries tasted old so I suggested if u want a good chicken sandwich don't go to jack go to Popeyes or even rasin canes

Food one more time was not fresh and was cold. This applies to hamburger, french fries and tacos.

Nothing great about Jack in the box since the 70's but the new cluck chicken sandwich is pretty darn good. Make sure to ask for extra mystery sauce or it can be a bit dry.

Come here during lunch time and use there drive-thru. They do an okay job at getting your order correct. The same goes for the wait on your food. The food is alright if looking for a quick bite to eat. Over all good location and setup for an easy in and out during lunch.

We went straight home after eating there food & woke up with covid after eating here, please be careful eating here terrible idea assuming employees are sick and not clean

I just want to give a special thanks to Fabian and all the other coworkers at the Jack-in-the-Box in corona by the Lowe's off of Magnolia. Every time I have went through the drive-through I am greeted with accuracy and professionalism. Super friendly customer service especially Fabian!
