Jack in the Box, Fairfield CA

Waited for 5 minutes in front of the bathroom, manager was on break taking a phone call.

Finally I asked another employee if the bathrooms were open, so my 3 yr old daughters could use the bathroom. The employee went and asked the manager and came back and said no.

I politely pressed, “really are you sure? They need to use the bathroom…”.

Employee sheepishly replied, I don’t think so, she told me to tell you they’re closed.

What kind of person tells toddlers they can’t use the bathroom? ! You run a hospitality business?

Ordered three ultimate bacon cheese burger meals. The wait was a little long. I think they were short staffed at the time.

Very bad service, didn’t even let us use the bathroom. Employees were like robots, showed no emotion. Where’s the customer service!?

The customer service could be better but other than that the food is always hot and quick to get and its convenient.

Terrible Nasty, old, wilted tacos. The fries were cold and soggy and the hamburger meat was cold and tough as shoe leather. Not to mention, sketchy people loitering around and homeless people laid out all around this place. Stay away from here u less you want to catch a disease or get robbed.

Food was good, staff was a bit frantic seeming and confused the vehicle in front of me (drive thru), maybe they have a lot of new staff?

Gave me a cold burger and a massive lettus bunched in a ball in my burger. Had to take it out

Fries are old and stale

I ordered one oreo shake and two curly fries I was the only one in the line she said go to the other side for the curly fries funny

Drive through was legit, but couldn't use restroom so they loose a star. The new spicy chicken sandwich is fantastic.

The staff here has an attitude problem. One guy who works here thinks it’s funny to give you exactly what you don’t want after you politely ask for something else several times. He’s always very snappy, and just lies about his childish behavior to management when you question and confront him about it. And management seems to think his poor customer service is acceptable. He’s only respectful to people of his own race. That’s the only time I’ve noticed him enthusiastically giving out the respect he should be giving everyone.

Ordered a big box popcorn chicken but it was more so scraps aka the leftovers. I've had the big box before at another jack in the box and it was way more chicken than what I received today smh. Only the fries were fresh.

I ordered popcorn chicken and they gave me a tiny bag with hardly anything in it and said we ran out of boxes so you gave me 20% of what i ordered and charged me full and wouldn't give me a refund. Then the staff is super rude on top of that.

This is the 3rd time I've come here and no one was taking orders at the drive thru or at the window. All the lights were on and the displays lit so someone was there, just didn't want to work I guess.

Food didn’t seem very fresh. Sourdough Jack bun soggy. Pale, unripe tomato slices. Ate inside so we could use the restroom, but both restroom doors were locked. Night shift took home the ONLY key?

The cheese is rotten they gave me fries when I did not water them what a bunch of losers in there the waiting room was his name in Open they should shut this one down please call the health department

Store at this location is not 24hrs waited 15 mins no answer and drive through window is covered by a cardboard box, store needs to change their hours to prevent confusion.

The new mini tacos rock and if you join the club the deals are about par with the likes of MCD. So you can get value out of it once you get a few purchases under your account.

From the Midwest- first time trying JITB… and it was great! Wish we had those out in Illinois. The lady working drive thru was calm and collected despite long line on cars. Service was also fast. They added the sauces we asked for. Also wasn’t much for coffee, food, drinks. & I’d like to add that I appreciate the fries being easy on the salt, other fast food places get this wrong and end up with salty fries.

After 7 o’clock tried going through the 24 hour drive-through nobody’s working the drive-through cardboard over the drive-through windows came around tried going to the lobby that opens at 6 AM and it’s locked employee cars out in the parking lot but nobody’s working. Five other people trying to get something to eat in this location that is not being operated by employees. Wasted 20 minutes there. Had to go across the way to their competitor McDonald’s which was open and had no issues

I came to pick up my online order to find out they are closed.manager had a stroke.very sad. Jose stopped up and made my order for me. I hope the manager is doing fine.a great job by Jose taking care of business.
