Jack in the Box, Bakersfield CA

This is easily one of the WORST fast food "restaurants" in Bakersfield and in this franchise. The workers there could care less about the food they give us to eat. The fries are ALWAYS cold and even though I clearly say "cherry coke with NO ICE", they never fail to put ice in my drink.

It's clear that they don't care and management does nothing to fix this frustrating situation. Workers like this asking for $15/hr is a joke because nothing they do warrants that. Nothing.

I’m really tired of these fast food places giving us food that has been sitting around for a while. We stopped by this place for a little snack on the highway on the way to grandma’s house this past Sound. We got fries and churros. My fries tasted like they had been giving a death sentence. They were barely warm, not even close to being hot, limp, and unsalted.

It takes, what, 3-4 minutes to cook fresh fries? I have no idea why they don’t cook fries to order since it takes little to no time to make them. And the workers there don’t give one iota about what they thrown in a bag and give to you. I’m leaving this review not because I expect anything to change, but in the off chance that someone (somewhere) will pay attention.

It’s annoying, lazy, and 100% preventable.

Worst service here ever. What kind of staff are they hiring here at this location at this time? I'm reviewing this with my experience on 05/18/23 midnight when I went to buy or even just pick up an order via door dash or uber and they take forever and didn't even answer their speaker. You guys need to train your employees better.

A place I often order from, it's good as far as Jack goes, and it's usually quick. The service is always kind but you can very obviously tell the stress they're put under. It's location isn't best suited for in store orders sadly, a shame as it seems very nice inside.

We litterly live 3 mins away amd our tacos we feeckin cold, tried calling several times and the phone rang amd went to a voice mail that has not been set up

I like that it's one of the few restaurants that's open 24/7 just in case I feel like buying something a little later past 10: 30 p.m.

Once again part of our pick up order was missing when we got home! Tried calling restaurant no one answered the phone! Tried calling customer service number on line no luck finding correct number! They really avoid helping customers! Come on Jack your better than this!

Got ultimate breakfast sandwich, eggs looked terrible, they forgot my drink and hashbrowns.

Just went right now at midnight cause I work night shift and saw the worker inside (through the drive thru). I waited over 10 mins for her to respond through the speaker and she eventually told me she won’t take my order right now with no explanation. Date: 2/20/23 time 12: 15am.

This is the worst “hamburger” I have ever had.
Dry no tomato just disgusting. The “Chocolate Shake” was not even palatable. Threw it in the trash after one sip. Please avoid this place $25 not worth $. 25

Employees claim they only take cash so they can take less orders in the drive through. With a line behind me and cars in front of me I was stuck in the drive through with no way out except wait 40 minutes on a Saturday night. Absolutely do not go to this Jack In the box. If this is the management’s store policy, then at least post a sign before the drive through start.

These lazy ppl don't even take debit or credit cards on early morning and also since the restaurant is 24/7 they don't take orders until 4: 30am.don't even beg them or waste your time here if your ordering over 12midnight

Not sure who’s runs the show at nighttime, but they are horrible and need replaced. Careless and gross, my food was horrible. Only thing okay there is the fries! Drive the extra mile or just go to the taco bell next door.

Im a class a driver and i pulled over in a semi and they refused to serve me even when i told them my situation.that has never happened to me throughout the whole covid 19

There was a hair in my burger, the fries were greasy & oily due to old oil. They forgot the sauce for mozarella sticks & egg rolls too. Very unhappy overall

Twice they have denied the service to me and my coworkers, since we cannot enter because we use a large truck.

Service was excellent, food was fresh and hot upon delivery. Good location with great customer service.
