18 This place is of the 15 fwy, its is the last stop for a while in each direction north or south from vegas or needles that being said.
The people that come here are mostly to use the restroom or transigents in area and that is why the low rating nothing to do with the food or people just bad placement and very little traveler options here

Ordered a jr bacon burger, I know it was considered " value" but 3 bucks!? 99 cents is more like what it should be! Wasn't very good, not gross, just not very good. If it were at the least warm it may been better, and if hot, it may have gotten 5 stars!
One of my go to places after dark. Feels like a lot of fast food has gone down hill over the years, but they stay consistent.
This location could use some upgrades and a good cleaning. The floors tend to be a lil slippery.
I loved hearing the Mexican woman singing and enjoying her job that's for sure. Very nice and friendly staff.good food too
Worst jack in the box in the high desert. Don't ask me literally 4 different times to go ahead and place my order then cut me off and say hang on. Ask me to order when you're ready stupid.
Just went over to Jack In The Box ordered $50 worth of food and the manager and drive-thru order taker was the worst person I have ever had to deal with in my life I asked for a ranch after spending $50 he told me 32 cents because he wanted to be rude and objective no I told him if that's the case I would like a refund of my money he replied with no close the window and want and locked the front door and refused to take his food back and give me my money I will be calling corporate I will be finding the owner of this Jack in the Box and I would want my money back and this guy terminated before I will ever return to this Jack in the Box please all friends stay away from this terrible person so we can get the service we all deserve for the money that we spend and the time that we take to enjoy food with this company so please don't waste your time or money I will be updating this daily till I am satisfied with the outcome
3days later I've called multiple times and was told the store manager would be in this morning I called this morning and they said she would not be until after 10: 00 still nothing's been resolved too bad I don't have a corporate number
Drive thru was really quick and explained every bags contents to me before driving away. Food was fresh and nothing was burnt or over cooked. Definitely one of the best Jacks drive thrus in the High Desert, even placed the desserts in separate bags.
I am not sure what they changed but the chicken I got last time was so nasty. The texture was off the French fries where nasty made me regret everything about going there.
Long line and cold fries and dry dry burger with a SUGGESTION of bacon

What can I say it was Jack in the Box they don't put enough sauce on their burgers but they're little dipping sauces are really good and their prices are okay pretty quick
If you like paying exorbitant prices for garbage food that gives you diarrhea the next day, this place is great!
The customer in that area seems like the employees are sad like the most devastating news in there life and there chicken sandwich are bland kinda like there customer service very sad probably like the people they work for I want a full refund
Got Alot of food about 1: 30 am & it was cooked very well, chicken sandwich was fresh, Taco's were fresh, egg rolls was good, service in drive through was great, kinda of busy, but I think it's v because this is well managed and the employees do good job, who ever was cooking the food, wanted to do a good job, it show's, sincerely Shirley
Honestly who doesn't like jacks. The food is always good but the service is something else. We spend like $30 to $60 almost every visit and they still want to charge us for buttermilk but every other sauce is free. And they still give us attitude as we asked. Other than this place is average.
Nirvana was the name tag on the employee working the drive thru and she was so rude! Had an attitude the whole time and closed the door before I could ask for any sauce, once I did it was like pulling her teeth out to get anything from her, she wasn’t friendly, didn’t say hi or have a life day. She handled my food very rudely. If you don’t like your job Nirvana then leave. Because you are very rude
The line was short but moved slowly, and the drive-thru person had a hard time hearing me. However, staff was friendly, and even thou I had to almost yell for them to hear me, they didn’t assume I was frustrated. I ordered an Extreme Sausage combo. It was cooked very well but the hash brown was flavorless. And I don’t add salt to food or cook much with salt, so for me to think something needed salt says a lot.
