Better to be inside order rather than long line waiting for turn at drive thru and burn expensive fuel. Their products are great to wait for to nourish hungry tummy!

Drive thru service is usually good at night, except when they forget food items and I havo to go back and get them, such an inconvenience. This location doesn't have those nasty paper straws so this is definitely a big plus for me

Asked for tacos with “No sauce” because they were for my kid, They gave me tacos with sauce in them.and the frier still has the nerve to walk to the front to see who was asking for tacos with no sauce.

It's ok. I'm not a huge fan of their food tbh.
I often have to circle back around the drive thru because the fries are cold.
I love their egg rolls.
The parking lot, drive thru and inside is generally pretty clean

If you like breakfast burritos then I recommend Jack in the box. If you like meat then order the meat lovers. It's absolutely delicious!

Why aren’t we here any designated lanes for drive thru? The amount of people that take advantage of this and cut is beyond.

I have been patronizing this particular JIB in Eaglerock, CA for over 20yrs not because its closest to my house. Who ever owns/operate/manages this store cares about hot fresh products, fast and friendly service.

I do not write reviews at all but man I need to. Had to go through the drive thru 3 times just so I can get my order right. Literally spent 45 minutes trying to get my order of three items right.

First time they forget one item I go back and they give me the wrong item. I return for the third time and the attendant tells me that I’m wrong and that they gave me the right one. I showed them what was inside and didn’t even get a single “I’m sorry” or anything. Some fries or a drink or a small item would have been cool after wasting both my time and theirs.

This is the third instance it’s happened. Cold food is what I’m eating now. Thanks so much.

Great staff, clean location, very fast drive thru! Over all great experience! Definitely better than most Jack's that I've been to!

We stopped and got a couple triple cheddar burgers which were amazing. Always like there curly fries too. There is something for everyone here. Great place to stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

I always love the shakes here. They did a new renovation. It was okay. Still confused as to why they only have one entrance and one exit with 2 doors.

This is actually on of my favorite Jack's.but this morning the fries were terrible. WAY TO SALTY!
I didn't want anything free! But whoever answered the phone kept hanging up on me! Very surprising!

I always enjoy going to this particular store! Because they usually get my order right the first time! I have been coming here for years before I move to this area and rarely have any problem!

Every time I go they forget something in my order. Annoying To have to rummage though bag to check for items while customers are honking at you.

Ordered a Sourdough Jack, got a cheap chicken sandwich instead. It was 1am in the morning, not sure how you can mess it up with no customers this late at night.

This resto is one of my favorite locations. The employees are very kind and are attentive and patient while receiving your order.

They are fast but orders are often wrong and when ordering it's difficult to understand what's being said. The drive-thru speaker sucks.
