Total garbage can worst service yet 30 min wait and couldn't get the order right never again

Food is good but they are so rude and and this location still won't do change so don't bother paying with cash. Cuz if it not exact they won't give you change back.

Every time I come to this Drive-Thru i am always asked to park. I only order a single meal for myself. The district manager in charge of this facility needs to come and inspect this staff. It’s frustrating having to wait in your car for 10 minutes just to get your food. The workers don’t even know what food belong to what vehicle.

It sucked they messed up my order didn't give me everything Iordered. And I ordered a bacon ultimate cheese burger and that's what the box said but had a jumbo jack.

Everything was cold! My onion rings in my burger were hard as a ROCK! I asked for 10 ketchup packets but only got 5!

Horrible service and they take 20 minutes to even order even though no other car is on drive through besides you

Bad customer service.had no chicken strips.but that's fine though.it was the customer service for the refund that was really bad.

This jack in box is a pale comparison to the other in los banos. They are slow three cars in drive thru took almost 45 min to get through. And they are sloppy, almost every aspect of my order was wrong. And the staff always seems likes it's the first-time they have done their job. Terrible

Just like McDonalds, good most of the time and I like that they stay open late. I love their jalapeño popper.

It's was awful my mom food was burnt the lettes was brown.and try get something else for my mom they said no.they gave me back the money.they are rude the cook treat my mom as she was stupid.the fry's were cold test like old oil.all never go their again.

Warning Jack in the Box at West Pacheco is serving triple fried potato rocks. We picked up 4 breakfast platters this afternoon. When we got home and tried to eat we found hash brown patties that were like ROCKS! There was no potato left in them just hard crunchy dry unedible rocks. I was busy all day and could not get back to complain until after dinner. The manager on duty tonight would not help me and said I have to come back in the morning and speak to the day manager. When I asked whom I should speak to she refused to give me a managers name. This will be cross posted on Facebook, Yelp, and Gogle reviews.

I ordered a Jumbo Jack with cheese. I took a bite and realized it didn't have cheese. I brought it right back. The manager said she'd correct it. When I opened the box, it was my same Hamburger with a slice of cold cheese in this now cold hamburger. I called and spoke to Martha, the manager. I told her health code, she should not have even taken the food back and second her employees touched my already bitten hamburger. She hung up. I'm going to follow up with corporate and the Health Department.

Got there at 1: 40 they advertise that they close at 2: 30 and drive thru said she was closed T that time

Be patient people short staffed, young lady doing great. Keep it up. Jumbo platter filling the void.

Been open for an hour and they wouldn’t open the door to serve us. We waited outside for several minutes and rang the bell several times. The staff looked at me a few times and still refused to come open the door. If you hate your job, just quit, but don’t refuse to do it

This location sucks if you go thru the drive through. They always ask you to pay at the second window wich doesnt make any sense, they have 2 windows.because of this they always take a really long time to serve your food, wich is supposed to be fast. Thats what the drive thru is supposed to be fast service.
