Jack in the Box, Auburn CA

Chad and Candy were just working the whole place smoothly. The place was busy, and the bathrooms were clean! For a fast food place and the situation, it gets 5 stars. Atmosphere was only lacking in what obviously needs repair and possibly new equipment and does not fall on employees' image just on whomever owns the restaurant. Thank you, Chad and Candy, for the pleasant vibes and attitude.

Hi to all, so from reading the horrible reviews, I wanted to say thank you for taking time out to write and post your review, which I also do, because many people will not post a review, but they will read reviews by others to determine if a place is worth visiting, so hopefully after a few bad reviews, management will make improvements.

My chicken sandwich looked like they stepped on it, the lettuce was black on the edges, I was so put aside that I promised to never go after 5pm again.if I do ever go at all. Thanks for helping me to stay home and eat healthy Jack, it's nice that you care.

They're completely understaffed. Food was good when you got it. Could work on cleaning and physical restoration of the restaurant.

Don’t even serve breakfast during the day anymore which is literally the point of jack in the box. Customer service is also really terrible.

The food is just as McDonald's, picture looks amazing with a 4 inch tall sandwich, come back with a shortend one. The service is tolerable but that's because you can tell they are underpaid. And the place is ran down with "california warning - food may give cancer"

This is the slowest "fast food" restaurant on the planet. I have literally dined at the sit-down "Flames" restaurant across the street, and received my food sooner. McDonald's nails fast-food, but Jack-in-the-Box here is a joke.

Please do not go here. My family and I stopped here after visiting up north and we should have never eaten the food we were given. We went through the drive thru and bought a few combo meals. The chicken nuggets for my daughter were burnt, the chicken patty on my other daughter's sandwich was burnt, and there was something off about my breakfast sandwich. We ate them anyways because we were starving though. Our fries unfortunately were inedible. They were covered in this weird black stuff? I don't know if it was just gunk from the oil or burnt ends from the warming tray, but I was not about to eat them. If you stopped by around 12: 30noon on 12/18/23, you know what I'm talking about.
This place gave us food poisoning. The whole middle of the night runs and full gassy bellies. It's been an awful night. Please spare yourself and your bathroom by not going here. I don't know if the health department needs to visit or what, but it is not worth your pain and money.

The last jack in the box in town here. Love this place! Breakfast all day!? I'll take it. The guy here 3/4/23 hooked me up good, was super nice and very personable. I WILL be back

Drive-thru has a dented speaker that's hard to hear, a messy menu, and a handwritten and misspelled note at the pickup window. Customer service is hit and miss, and they are often behind on orders.

It was a long wait in the drive-thru with only one car ahead of me. I ordered curly fries and got a mix of both but it was mostly regular then curly. And them regular fries were hard and old. I suppose to have a small diet cola but I only got a few drinks out of it and was stuck with a full cup of ice. I was traveling through the area and stop for gas and a quick lunch, I was far enough to not turn back.

It is conveniently off the fwy. It's one of the few spots in Auburn that is open after 10pm. It gets busy at times for that same reason but, service is good.

Food was hot and fresh. Server very nice and courteous. I had a large order. They made sure everything was correct as they handed me my food. It was. Usually going through the drive thru something is always wrong. But not here.

We have a member of our family that is allergic to nuts and they gave we a pamphlet that showed us that there are no nuts in their food!

This is the best Jack-in-the-Box I have ever been to. The food is always hot they always ask small medium or large regular or curly fries. They do a great job.

Its horrible. The food is gross and not fresh. This use to be a great jack in the box, but i will never go back. The service was just ok.

The service was fast. The staff polite. My order wasn't correct but I was back on the road before I knew it & couldn't turn around.

Flying back from Reno on the motorcycles and stopped in. Everything cool till I got to my burger with the latex glove in it. IN IT. NASTY and totally unacceptable. Imagine your reaction to that.

Horrible at best. Order took 14 minutes for 2 combo meals and then it was not complete.
Had to return to get fries they were non-edible.
