14It's not a reflection of fast food. But how do you rate quick simple greasy food. The only thing I can tell you is it's take them forever to fulfill something that is quick and simple the time it takes them to fulfill in order is too long. If I choose to walk into store it takes them forever because drive-through takes precedence over people in the the store.
This past visit early at 1: 30 was not enjoyable. Seem to have gotten a little bit of attitude from the person taking my order. She then told me to go to a spot while they make my food cuz I guess it was taking a little bit longer. Waited 15 minutes and had to go inside the store and take my toddler out of my car while on my lunch so I can get my food. Person I took my order blamed it on not having enough workers when we all know that priority beats all
Great food and service, only downside is that there was homeless people taking up multiple parking spaces with carts
I order the meal I'm drive thru using the number which means it's the combo meal. Why can't your employees grasp this fact?
Supervisor there is super lazy and sloppy. No professionalism whatsoever. Fries are burn! No cheese on the spicy chicken. This happen at 11: 15.
Place was closed due to technical difficulties. Is a good place to open, but I wouldn't go since they're closed.
This has to be the worst jack in the box in town. Literally every time we come here they either don’t have what we want or they close early. It’s extreme unprofessional they need to adjust the hours because they always open or close opposite from what they display on their windows.
Absolute waste of time. Employees are massively incompetent and will let you wait in the drive thru for 45+ min just to tell you they are out of what you ordered. Rite Aids dumpster prob serves as a better food option.
The employees who works at night was rude. I was asking for ranch at drive thru but they didn't give it and just closed the window and leave. These people doesn't have manners. I don't know why Jack in box letting these people ruin their business. It's a 0.8 miles away from my home but I don't think I'll go back here. This is the second time.
This place is the second slowest fast food place. They also close at night randomly way before their hours, either because they don't feel like working or they're having "system problems" Also the drive thru line can have only one car in front of you yet you wait half an hour still. The workers seem suicidal and you can barely hear them.
Very bad experience. I ordered food online, went to drive thru, informed that I got a pick up, the person said go ahead and join the line. When I reached window, the person said there is no pickup order. I waited for 15 mins just to hear there is no order. They could have said when I entered drive thru, but they didn't. Secondly, the guy in window has no ears to listen to me, when I said "Alright, let me cancel the order online and make a order here". He replied, you have to leave. Very rude!
The bottom of the hamburger bun was hard. It had been over toasted, not to mention the hamburger looked like it had been prepared in the dark as it was uneven and had been quickly prepared. The curly fries were a hit and miss. Some were edible and soft and others were too hard to bite into, through most of it away.
I'm about to be done with Jack in the Box. I don't know if they need more staff or what!? The wait is always incredibly long. If there are 3 cars ahead of you, be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes in the drive through. THEN once you get you food home be prepared for it to look like it was quickly thrown together in haste, usually with something missing or made wrong.
The food is expensive in my opinion. Forget about anything with chicken. I make much better food myself at home and I pay much less to buy it. If I'm going to pay 6 dollars for a chicken sandwich, it should look appetizing, be put together properly and taste good.
We only eat out once a week, from now on I think we'll stick with another option. Pretty scary when McDonald's is cranking out better quality and better service than this place!
