Jack in the Box, Fontana CA

If I could I would give it zero stars because they gave us a chicken sandwich that had mold on the bun. Honestly, so happy my husband checked it out before eating it.

Just another Jack in the Box that Focuses on the drive thru more than their Walk In Customer's. Careful with the homeless people sitting out front.

Overall 2 stars, due to food (Burger, croissant, hash browns) being lukewarm, and no napkins (it was a drive thru order).
On the plus side, the staff were friendly and the order was ready very quickly.

The only thing I get here are those awesome tacos. There aren't as good here as other Jack in the Box.

The staff at this location was really kind and helpful. The food was hot and given to us in a timely manner.

This is the Sierra Ave location. Bathrooms were clean, swept clear, soap and paper towels stocked. Food was good, but one item was forgotten. This location has a training office on site so the level of all things covered is at a higher level. If you want your dining room and restrooms clean. Go here.

Even when the lines might seem long, especially during the lunch rush, they have great and accurate service.

We experienced some fast food restaurants that are not allowed to walk in the drive thru even though we let them know that it's impossible to drive a 18 wheelers truck and they are still not let us get some food it's SAD and RIDICULOUS

I have loved jack since the early 70's when they had the clown on top up to now. They just keep getting better & better In all departments. But I do miss the clown. (jack)

One of the best Jack in the Box locations. Very helpful and friendly staff in the IE. Food was okay.

Cash only at night. Employees are clearly stealing money. Not providing a receipt or not adding all items to receipt. I hope the owner see's this review.

I have to give a huge shoutout to these 2 amazing people I have the pleasure of seeing everyday before work, Ash & Marco:) Seriously the BEST customer service I have ever experienced in all my years. Helpful, kind, hilarious, awesome people with great personalities here. Good workers who actually give a darn, & give that extra effort to accommodate us needy people are hard to find these days, so thank you! Thanks for my amazing iced coffee everyday, & for reminding me that human kindness exists each day I roll through. And thanks for making my day, everyday. Just thanks for everything guys!
