7The manager or shift supervisor doesn't smile or welcome you just asks what you want and they are extremely slow on giving out the orders
Bro took at least 20 minutes to even talk to me at the drive-thru 5: 20A on 7/10 and another 20min to make a couple cheddar biscuits and burrito. Food was offensive.
Fast food was tasty, restaurant was well kept and customer service was excellent.
The food lately has been hot and good. But they go through times when the food taste like it's been sitting for awhile and hasn't been hot either. Especially fries. But their doing alot better lately.
In complete honesty, the service in this specific Jack in the Box has left me in awe. The employees are dedicated to delivering service to the best of their ability, whether that means taking 2 orders at a time or preparing several meals at once. I like to take to the time to appreciate such outstanding workers and applaud their their amazing efforts.
I've been getting food here for a while but on 1/27/23 I got some food after work. Despite my bag of food sitting just inside the window at the drive through, the lady that took my card disappeared for about 5 minutes. There was no one at the window during that time and they had my card. I can't think of any good reason an employee would leave the window area while they have my card. I finally got my card back and then the food was handed to me. That night, fraudulent purchases started showing up on my card and it had to be cancelled and replaced. I can't prove it happened here but that was the only purchase where my card left my hands around that time so I won't be going back.
A decent Jack in the Box in Apple Valley however not very clean in this store. Do yourself a favor and go drive thru so you don’t need to sit in or see the mess. The food is fine - at least in taste but take some time and clean your store please! I will avoid this one in the future.
