Cook the chicken correct next time y’all got people getting salmonella/food poisoning that is not okay!

They got my order wrong. My strawberry shake, I asked no whip, they took it back and scooped off the whip, instead of making a fresh one.

Service staff was polite food isn't any different from any other locations. Only thing maybe they where just short staffed that day but it did take longer then usual then other store locations

Will laugh when you bring food back with hair in it as if it’s a joke that I threw up because the hair got stuck in my teeth. Just be decent people…I didn’t even make a big deal out of it and was actually trying to be silent about it because I was super embarrassed already…. Got no empathy at all and a dirty look from the what I’m guessing was the manager/shift leader who also only gave me a refund for the burger and not the meal to my card which I won’t see in several days so I just got crapped on all around. …. Like this is why I have problems even going back to places to get refunds for anything wrong with whatever…. Never going back

Drink machine was super slow, and the employee at the counter had the worst attitude and even gave a guy an attitude when he wanted water. Food was some of the worst out of all the Jack n the box I've visited

Well, my experience today, about half an hour I was there. The food is good but the cashier who served us was very curt, not attentive, Kisas did not have a good day, she has worked a lot, but the client is the first thing to come back to that place, or another jack in the box, blessings …

Price has gone up a bit from what I remembered, but still good menu! Got the bacon Biscuits 2 for $6 and the fried tacos!

My family and I were coming in from LA and hadn't eaten in awhille due to the travel we were almost home but the ones awake were hungry so we stopped here due to time it was one of the very few fast food restaurants open at that hour. The food was okay but the fries tasted stale and did not have any saltiness to them. I was disappointed in that portion of my meal my partner ate a extreme sausage and he scarfed it down.

My FAVORITE 'Jack-in-the-Box' in ALL of Bakersfield. Food is ALWAYS really good, service is quick, restaurant is clean and actually PROHIBITS homeless from loitering (unlike the others), and staff and Mngmnt have always been friendly.

The staff were fast and efficient. Food was fine. The only problem was someone solicitating the drive-through line.

Very rude young lady. She missed an item on the order and gets an attitude when l was asking if they got that part of the order. They need to teach her customer service.

Went to jack in box after work, I got a muchie meal when I got to the window MARIA was being rude. Had a long day and I honestly didn’t like her customer service the way she talks to the customers is not ok. Hopefully no one experiences what I did. Not coming back for sure.

I just pass by the drive thru and cashier was really rude and not paying attention on the order the cashier Noah and chandler were giving attitude towards us it’s really bad service and manager never step out to fix the problem

I had not gone for a long time because they always gave me incomplete food, but this time everything came and the girl was very attentive
