9Food is inconsistent in quality. The service is not good. Employees act like you owe them something extra. I get it's a fast food place and you get fast food service but having an attitude isn't deserved to be given to people that just want to get a quick bite to eat.
Terrible service. I go to the drive through to get my food at the window, not sitting out front so they can not do their jobs right and fake wait times.waiting 20 minutes for cold food and wrong order
I got home without a patty in my cheeseburger they replaced it but I still had to drive all the way back.
Food here is good but I had better in other jack in the box also the cashier on the mornings it's always in a bad mood but other than that food is good
The guy working tonight very polite.drive thru super long wait just to get to order.food not prepared as asked, cold, missing items and worse part the female that took over order.was horrible.insisting all was in bag as she showed it in my car.and had a tone.
Needs to hire people that have manners, proper training and fire the rude ones.
Really upset jack in the box discontinued my fav munchie meal the stacked grill cheeseburger I hope its able to be put back one day
Food was mid service was mid atmosphere was nothing special it's what you would expect from a jack in the box including high prices but at least they aren't Carl's Jr rest in piece your wallet at Carl's Jr
Ngl they surprised me for 3am tacos. Best tacos I've ever had from a jack. And I've ordered hundreds of hundreds of 2 for 99cent tacos over the years lol
I'm giving it a two because I order a spicy chicken (number 10) plain with cheese, (normally other times I order the same and they give it to me with the bread, the spicy chicken, cheese, and moyonisse/cream, but today was only the bread and the spicy chicken, also I order curly fries they were over cooked
