Jack in the Box, Calimesa CA

Was there today around 10: 30. A girl and a guy did my order at the drive thru. Food was hot and these two employees were very friendly and smiled. Very rare nowadays. I left a happy customer and will return again soon. I couldn't see the inside but the outside parking and around the building were very clean. Obviously a well managed place!

Good food. The service is awesome. They are always so polite and have a smile on their face.

The lady that brought my meal was very nice, she waited while I checked my order and made sure I was happy

The food was awesome including the Snoop Dogg meal. I was a bit disappointed though because I didn't get the air freshener that comes with it and would like one

Strive to improve the quality of the food, remember that this is what makes the customer return again and again, the service stops, but the quality of the food is essential

They are a lil slow. Order some tacos and 2 meals. Employees to me to pull to the front and they'll bring my food out, which is ok (I guess) then proceed to wait about 15 min. The part that was upsetting people in drive thru were still driving thru. Even people going inside were getting their food and leaving before I even got my food. Idt I'll be going back to that site again

My family has been here a couple of times now several weeks apart. Each time the food has been perfect. The place very clean and the staff very professional and courteous. At other Jacks we usually find issue with the food. It's fast food, errors happen. But here, so far, it's been great. I drive about 140 miles before we eat here, but this is a place we do and will continue to stop at.

I have been disappointed the last 3 times I've tried JIB due to them NEVER being able to get my order right! And the fries ALWAYS taste old. I should've known to check everything before pulling away, but honestly thought there's no way it's bad again, but when I got home (starving) I couldn't eat any of it!: (

Best experience with the front counter. She was so helpful. I do hate your app. I prefer to pay cash, there is no option to allow me to pay cash or use /he offers in person. I think your app is horrible. You should take lessons from McDonald's.

Service is excellent and the food is good and hot, when you get it. Staff is friendly and professional, which makes it a great place to always go to.

I visited this Jack in the box in passing a lot and had only visited the drive-thru during the day. The food has always been hot and fresh, and the sourdough is always well grilled with butter that gives it that golden look, and it tastes delicious. Yesterday evening, I decided to stop by and actually go inside, and my previous visits were crushed. The sourdough bread was toasted and not grilled, which was my biggest disappointment. The lobby wasn't dirty, but it wasn't clean either. The vibe was weird, and it was very cold inside to the point that even the employees were wearing jackets. Needless to say I will not be going back in the evening time again.

They made My Sausage Biscuit with meat the first time. I requested No meat Hashbrown instead. The cook quickly made another sandwich as ordered. Thanks I appreciate the polite service.
