The attention to customer service here by the manager is terrible.
Her attitude was so rude and was like "what do you want "like she didn't even want us there
I come here often at night and the guy is wonderful even if he is taking so many order but the day she was horrible
People working around 2pm shift give poor customer service. They charged me for an oreo shake and I was given a chocolate shake. I told her and she rolled her eyes. Eventually she gave me the correct shake but is was poorly made
The chicken specialty sandwiches are amazing, but they continuously forget my tacos with order. Make sure to check before leaving.
I ordered the munchie meal and 2 Oreo milkshakes and for 30.00.then it was cold. And they forgot some food also.then they closed down. I can't put a zero on the scale but everything sucked.
Came in for lunch ordered the Terri rice and chicken bowl with the egg roll was great just right.
Look, this is not the best location because there are a certain amount shadiness in the area and homeless folks in the lot but it is the fast location to get your food and still taste good. Other locations like Stockton Blvd will have you waiting for like 30mins for even a small order.
The crew at this JIB take forever to serve gour order, by the time you get it is cold.not that they don't know what they doing, seems more like they just don't care.
I would definitly say this is theee worst jack in the box in sacramento especially saturday afternoon have you waiting for 5 min to take your order even Though their is no one in the window and top it off missing items you paid for and special instructions ignored, dont get me started on the customer service its literally ran by bratty rude kids.

My very first bite had pork it might be from the same oil they cook pork or it dropped from somewhere.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, I hope the store manager red my comment and pot responsible worker in the right place.
Nothing better then being able to ride up on a bicycle around 1230/ 1 a.m. And being able to order from the drive up menu.order a munchie meal and get my grub on. That's how it should be done and other fast food places should take a lesson from the JITB play book. THANKS JACK
The food was as expected, but the employee put her hand out to stop and then after a few minutes, told me to come forward, which was weird
Very Very Rude and Unprofessional Employee in drive thru window on Sat afternoon. I asked her to be polite, she continued to be rude, asked her name twice, she refused to give her name and said she has“No Name”I asked her to call Manager, coz I want to file a complaint, she said “No” and I won’t serve you. She returned my card, she didnt give me a receipt coz I believe it might have her employee info on it. Again she didn’t want to call the Manager, I told her I’m coming in to speak to a Manager they quickly locked the doors so I couldn’t go in. Since then, and till now no no one is answering any calls at that store. 3 days now, I know a manager at another Jack in the Box and immediately reported what happened there the same day. I will call Jack in the Box Corporate and handle this. That Employee owes me an apology and I am not letting this go. Wonder why no one is answering my call? Called more than 10x, 3 days now, no answer. Will follow through with a Distric Manager and Corporate Office. Never been treated like this before.
