Jack in the Box, Marina CA

It is what it is. Always open 24-7. I’m a local and it’s saved me lots of times when it’s late and I don’t want to cook.

The service here sucks most of the time. It always feels like everyone who helps us doesn't want to work there and us being there just seems like an inconvenience to them.
If you don't care about getting good service, still have a nice time.
Fries are ok.

Soggy sandwiches. If I'm gonna pay $5 for a sandwich, I expect it to at least taste good. I know y'all can't make it look like it does in the picture on the menu, but soggy sandwiches are super gross bruh. And I miss the dollar menu!

Open 6pam to 12 pm can't go wrong. Hard working people nothing slow about that! Nice place.

How do I go to order and you say we’re not serving any burgers and then when I saw y it’s. Noble order you say we can make the burger it will just take a while. Owner needs to hire some employees and pay a decent wage. Zero stars

Well I thought Jack was as open 24 hours for drive through but I’ve been told 4 times that the restaurant is closed and opens up at 7am

Very disappointed. After work I decided to grab a burger and tacos. Waited 7 minutes in drive thru to be told they didn't have burgers only fried food. I said ok give me 8 tacos. Took them home started to eat and had the taste of burnt oil. Worst experience ever.

New review.the dinning room is closed way before 12am like the sign says and the worker in the dinning room rolls their eyes at you and laughs.if the hours have changed, you guys should let the customers know

Slow and just slaps things together. Then I ask for cream and sugar for Mmmmmm with my Uber eats order, and they only put sugar in the bag but made sure they left room in the cup for the creamer I never got. I don’t think the job is very hard. When someone asks for cream AND sugar, you put in cream AND sugar.

They NEVER get my order right. At this point, I can do without. Should I really have to open up all the food to make sure it's right? If they can't do simple stuff what do they get paid for? Avoid this Jack in the Box! Every Jack in the Box is dirty and has horrible service, but this one takes it to a new level.

Whilst waiting for our meal we saw through the drive thru window an employee picking their nose.

Horrible service the person got my order wrong I try to correct her and she starts arguing with me and causing a scene ridiculous!

This employees here are very very rude! They have absolutely no customer service, and talk back to the customers and say mean things. I'll never go back here. I'm going to contact corporate.

Been here multiple times before but all of a sudden they wanna close their drive through because one person was going on their break while there was 3 people in the store like.be serious I didn't know if one person was taking their break, everyone else was too bffr. Especially when they had just served 3 cars and a couple 2 minutes before we got there

We come here late night throughout the week with college friends and it never fails. It's usually the only place open and has everything on the menu at all hours.

Food tastes awful, i got the sourdough, I mean, i expected a bad service, so I wasn't surprised. Employees look overworked and exhausted. Restaurant looked sad. I'll try the drive through next time. I really got depressed being with Jack in the Box.
