1420 min in drive thru for 2 chicken strips and no other cars in drive thru and my kids chicken strips over cooked
This branch is super dirty, too dirty.
The super disgusting bathrooms, and I wonder if that was what we could look at, how was the kitchen where they prepare the food!
If you eat inside here, you might have upwards of a forty five minute wait for the filthy bathroom. Shoddy service and lousy atmosphere. I won't spend money here again.
There's a bunch of sketchy people hanging out in this location but the food and service is still excellent
Wouldn't let me use the bathroom until after I paid. Unhappy employees. Not one smile. I bought 2 combos and they only wanted to give me 1 sauce. Times are hard I guess.
Best staff ever. Want to commend Chelsea, Aida, and Pilar. They are so friendly and efficient. Been going about once a week for the past year and they are always wearing a smile, even if it's busy, you can tell they all work very hard. They are what I look forward to the most when going here for lunch. These three in particular really are amazing people.
I went through drive thru at JB and had to wait for our food. I needed to use the restroom. I was in there 15 min. (I had a stomach ache) the manager and other staff were pounding on the door telling me to get out. The manager called the police. Needless to say I left. They told me never to come back. I've been visiting this store for 40 years. I'm so disappointed. The store is on W. Main St in El Cajon, Ca.
Worst jack in the box location ever, dont bother asking to use their bathroom. I had to buy something first and they gave me five fries in a bag when I ordered so I could pee after four hours of driving. They hate their lives and everyone that walks through the door
It's Jack in The Box. If yr going you know what it's like. Quick Burger that tastes passable. Went again 319/23 I ordered 2 breakfast platters. I was asked if I wanted any sauces? I said no. I wasn't aware that butter and syrup were a sauce, also didn't know they were optional. Every other time I've had a breakfast platter the butter, and the syrup were automatically put in there. Also only put 1 fork in the bag. Then again what would I need the knife for when they forgot the butter and syrup. Also I'm a smaller older woman, not someone who could or would eat 2 breakfast platters alone. Next time put utensils for each platter and assume that it's for 2 people. The Jack In The Box Corp is not hurting for money and can afford to put in utensils for each platter. Better too many than not enough. Ended up being terrible. Normally this location is very conscientious and has good food and service. Must have been an off day.
Drive thru service is slow. I ordered a $9 cluck munchie meal with tacos, onion rings and a cherry Dr pepper. Somehow I got an ultimate cheeseburger munchie meal with fries. No receipt given. Called Jack in the box no one answers
We live in the area and the manager must hate her job and homeless people because we ordered with EBT and expected us both to eat a large order of onion rings with one ranch and said anymore would be $. 75 each. EBT is also for disabled and seniors I have a broken back with a walker and my wife is a regional center client and was banned for life for getting profanely upset about it as we've had no issues with getting multiple packets in the past, the manager chased my Wife to our seats yelling at her about respecting the people who serve you, without knowing what happened I became vulgarly upset protecting my Wife so then I was banned. We've been coming here for years with and without EBT. It seems they not only discriminate against the homeless but the seniors and disabled people who also partake in the EBT program.
Terrible costumer service, they rush you and get mad at you like you came to their own house and asking for food! Very rude people working there no matter when we go! Never again
In the evening, I arrived here through the drive-through. When I questioned the cashier/order taker, he said he had been working there for 8 months and that he enjoys his work. Before leaving with my goods, I received prompt service, a real grin, and my order was accurate and fresh. I'm grateful.
I order online and when I get there food was not ready.i wait 20 minutes on dine in.so don't order online sucks.
