Service is good 45 percent of the time. Fries are cold 100 percent of the time. Recently This location has made the portions smaller and the prices higher.

Stopped by to get a Double Jack. The meat looked and tasted as if it was sitting on the grill for a long time. Meat had chemical taste. Unacceptable.

My fav JITB! Food is always great! Also get amazing customer service from Vanessa. She’s always friendly and makes sure our order is right!

I came to drive thru to order food i got the crispy sandwich and jumbo jack cheeseburger and mini churros i forgot to ask that the churros i didnt want sugar on the churros and the people were really rude they said we cant do it no more theres to many cars they she of told me to wait thats why they have the numbers outside to wait for any orders people like them should not work at jack in the box or anywhere cause there rude and they didnt ask if i wanted sauces or anything.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is perfect. It's cozy and intimate, but it's also lively and fun. The food is also excellent, and the service is always friendly and welcoming.

Waited 15 minutes to order food. There were 7 workers including manager none acknowledge me.

Good day, I would like to recognize three Jack teammates; Vanessa, Jennifer, and Jonathan. Vanessa was the one that actually serviced at the drive thur. But it was a team effort. They make a great team! Jennifer handed me my food.and she did a wonderful job.refreshing to receive service with a smile. And when I didn't like my drink Jonathan stepped in and made a suggestion.never knew Jack and a Box had unsweetened raspberry Ice T. It was really a great experience. These days good service is hard to find (as the old saying goes). I hope that Vanessa, Jennifer, and Jonathan are recognized.

First time at this Jack in the Box for breakfast and the service was amazing. The window representative was nice and attentive. The food was fresh and delicious.

This location is absolutely horrible! I order online and they constantly harass my children when they attempt to pick up their order, ive ordered and paid for. I'm a single mom, everything is paid for, I really don't understand what the problem is. Not only that, this location SEVERELY lacks attention to detail as well as customer service. They don't answer the phone and I just waisted my money on food NO ONE will eat because the order was ALL wrong.

I got a jumbo jack meal with a large Dr pepper and my wife just got a jumbo jack with cheese.

Best Jack in the Box I know. Keep up the great work and always keep the customer service the way it’s been or improve if you wish.

Good cheap food options here, Friendly & Good service at this location.it's what I expect from fast food & rarely have any issues here. They take coupons here, they get their orders correct more often than most other fast food places. Have plenty of free parking.

They kicked me and my friend out for no reason we were not loitering we were eating our food and we were told to leave or they would call the cops we werent making any noise or being a disturbance

The lady with the glasses at the drive thru is such a friendly person and super nice! The service was great! I almost forgot to order curly fries and she was awesome enough to ask me.

Sweet new cashier or I think she is new. I didn’t catch her name but she was really helpful and our order was good and correct

The worst.come here every morning almost.wait at least 15 to 20 mins for a burger every time.go thru drive thru because that's priority here. I waited 25 mins today for a sourdough jack.also employee cleaning restrooms took all the filled trash bags anthru the kitchen tired of wasting my money and time won't be back!
