WORST Jack in the box EVER! Service here SUCKS, and Mngrs AND staff are VERY RUDE! Store was filthy, and had sleeping homeless BUMS loitering at tables inside.
They are friendly, patient when you're looking at the menu, and the food is made fresh. Always hot.
20 min wait for food inside. Staff didn't seem to care. Guy in front of e waited 30 min for his and they gave it to him with an apology.
Got the new jack wrap classic and eww that's was gross also the chicken strips were hard as a rock disgusting.
The employees see that the line of customers is waiting to order and they are in the back talking
I went through the drive thru this evening and the woman that helped me was so nice. It may sound silly, but I had a really long, difficult day and it was so nice to deal with someone so polite and caring. (The receipt says her name is Jamirah). The food was fresh, hot and well-prepared. Thank you!
I haven't ordered the salad here in quite a long time. Pleased to see that the grill chicken was very tender.not only that above all the girl that took my order in the Drive-Thru was extremely nice and patient with me! I couldn't decide what to order. I think this girl deserves recognition and as well as the girl that brought me to order out to my car. BTW I dug into the salad halfway through before I took the picture.
Got the sour dough jack. Was not well put together.staff was great other than not being able to break my 50 dollar bill during a Brunch hour. Asked for pickles and we'll they only put 2 on their. Was a bit light if you ask me. Was not very busy at all so they could have did a better job preparing My order.
I ordered off the app, and I was 2 miles away when I ordered I pull up tell them it's a mobile order and was told to pull up to window, once there, was then told they Just received my order. I was only person in line, and that I needed to pull forward, I do so, around 11: 07am, I wait and and employee come out with 2 bags of food and says we are waiting on another sandwich to be brought out, my final food was brought out at 11: 30 am and was explained that she dropped my a sandwich and thank you for patiently waiting for the food, I arrive with food at my destination only to Realize for the drink, drove back and waited in line again to get the drink, they upgraded it from a Medium to Large. My hubby who waited said Thanks.
I don't like how you don't get a paper Receipt so you can't take surveys when ordering off the app plus it was slow to arrive at the restaurant.
Plus the egg rolls seemed at least one seemed kinda burnt. But the food was great service was with a smile.
The homeless surround the heck outta this place. It sucks. Food is ok and some workers don't seem to like their job. Or I caught them on a bad day.
Ordered through the drive-through. After I paid I waited for about a minute when they asked me to park in the front because my tacos were not ready yet. The only 2 things I ordered was a chicken sandwich and the 2 tacos. When I receive my food all of my items were cold, So I don't understand why they had me move, there was no one behind me and my food was not fresh.
The place is fine, but the homeless are kept inside the establishment and it is very annoying to be eating there and see that these people are doing crazy things
Even years after working here this Jack still can't get their act together. When they're taking a long time let that be a sign that they're going to mess up your order in one way or another. It goes without saying but throughly check to see if you got the right items.
There was an issue with my order it took a long time to complete but management took care of me.customer service is A+ at this location.
There not bad for a fast food restaurant. Took a minute to get our food but they were polite and courteous when bringing it to our car
I ordered 6 tacos. Extra lettuce no sauce. My Tacos were SUPER greasy. Not fully cooked. And, I only got 2 tacos the way there were ordered. So disappointing
Placed my order in the drive through then was told to pull around and someone would bring it out 20 mins later they bring out the order very slow.
