K2 EWERE DRIVING THROUGH TOWN AND GOT OFF THE FREEWAY TO GET FOOD. IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN LONGER TO GET OF THE FREEWAY AND GO THRU THAT LINE TO RETRIEVE MY FRIES BUT MY KIDS THANK YOU FOR NOT FEEDING THEM

So you order food and their prices have gone way up and then you ask for some Ranch and I am being charged for dipping sauce.

Your chicken sandwiches used to be $1 and now they are $3, and your large drinks are $4 I think you got your fees covered. No need to Nickle and Dime someone on the sauces. A great way to go out of business.

Oh and didn’t see it posted about charging for the sauces so pretty sure this a franchise thing because it isn’t displayed when you order.

Got breakfast and it was cold we got the breakfast jack with hash browns and oj we didn't get straws or ketchup and napkins

Food is always good but as the usual they messed up my order. I asked for no onion and they still had them in my burger.

Good work Ashley and late shift team members! I asked for extra hot sauce and extra lettuce and extra cheese on my tacos and they got it right! Most of the time it's wrong, sometimes in the afternoon it's good but it's a hit or miss but lately we've been coming for late night snacks and we have hit the Jack pot! Wooo! I am a business owner myself and I love how efficient and accurate these workers are, they are a treasure. My family and I are regular late night snackers.

Used the app. Accidentally order used my points for a free burger. They could've canceled it at the restaurant and processed it anyway. Only got a refund for my salad. Never coming to this one again.

I ordered 2 shakes and the cashier told me they ran out of them but when I was about to pay the driver in front of me got a shake so I asked the employee I thought they ran out of shakes and she said it was only because they ordered through door dash. I felt like they didn’t want to make any shakes I was very disappointed

The egg rolls are delicious. I enjoyed them. We asked for fresh fried ones and that's exactly what we got.

The thing I like about Jack in the box is it open very late so anytime you want to get a late night snack you got jack in the box.

Was my first job as a teenager. They have a grand menu, but you're guaranteed to find something you like. Every new item they introduce does well. I think that's how their menu grew so large. And, it's the only ffr I know that sells diet Dr. Pepper on tap! My favorite soda! Go JIB!

Surprisingly very good real pieces of lettuce and tomato on the burger quick service and the place was extremely clean all the employees were on point with everything I hope the humps that own that place are paying those folks for doing an outstanding job.for that reason I have to give them 10 stars.

It's Jack in the Box you get what you pay for, but at least everything's hot and fresh. There is a few employees that work at night that are not the friendliest but the food still comes out good.most of the time.

Been in line for 40 min! This store sucks. Night shift is unprofessional and too busy hanging out rather than working. IN NEED OF NEW MANAGEMENT OBVIOUSLY TGEIR ISNT ANY HERE

The gentleman working on the 2nd of April 2023 was impatient my husband had ordered what he wanted and then my husband told him to hold on I was still deciding and gentleman was rushing me so I didn't buy anything but my husband did

The store manager here is horrible to her employees. The District manager and HR really need to investigate her tactics.

They said 24hours and when I came they said they would be down for 30 minutes so i waited and came back and they said 15 and I wanted and came back and they began to be rude and stop responding. I've worked in fast food and honestly should have just told me they were gunna be closed for the night or something. I was trying to get food for my family because they were craving them but I won't personally go back to here.

What’s the point of them having a phone if they never answer it? Smh I would never order from here again! Unless it’s in person! But ordering from Uber eats THEY NEVER make your food how it’s supposed to be made or how it looks in the pictures!
