Jack in the Box, Camarillo CA

I ordered my double cheeseburger without ketchup and onions. And I got it without ketchup and pickles.

Horrible chicken club ranch sandwich, in the picture looks good, didn't have any ranch it was so dry and the bread they gave me was all dry and old. Nasty. I don't recommend this sandwich.

Service and restaurant are great. Very clean, and the lady at the counter was very polite considering its a fast food place. Usually they don’t get good customer service training.
The food was fine, nothing to complain about, it’s just not great by nature. Greasy bun, chewy ham, bacon is laughable. Again, it’s expected. Overall satisfied with the visit.

Another good restaurant of Jack In the Box in Camarillo. Fast services, clean dining area, and friendly staff.

However, I do not know why the regular Coke drink option was not available but other variety of Coke products like Lime Coke, Cherry Coke, Orange Coke, etc. We're available. Other than this annoying thing.the experience was great.

Friendly staff, great service, clean and they were cleaning when not taking orders. I’m impressed!

Okay.so normally, I get my standing order for the ULTIMATE BREAKFAST COMBO. This time, I ordered breakfast for my staff. Lol.

They messed up our order at the drive thru, we ordered curly fries instead of regular fries. We went back in the drive thru to get it fixed and Elizabeth, who I am assuming is the manager, handled it horribly. She said we would have to pay the difference, when I told her I believe we already paid she showed me the receipt and we had only paid for 1 of them. Which wasn’t there. She said “I’m going to need those fries so I can throw them away” I thought that was so funny, I’ve never had a place do this when they’ve messed up. Also, when the young man who worked there questioned her demands of taking the fries back, because it was their mistake she says “do what I say! ”. I won’t be coming back, that’s fine. But, just wanted whoever is working above Elizabeth, who worked Thursday 3/9 at around 4: 30, to maybe talk to her about dealing with these situations a bit better.

There is more than 1 reason to like this place, some of the food items are cooked noticeably better then in other Jack locations. The fried food is not soggy and oily like other locations.

Food was good, but they didn't have all the beverages available like original coke, Sprite, or orange Fanta. Not the first time or the only location with that problem I've been at the Jack in the box at ventura Thompson and Seward same problem.

I have been there five times and they always gave me the wrong order. Some thing I hadn’t ask for it.
