Jack in the Box, Lompoc CA

I have gone 4 days in a week around 4 a.m. And they have never attended to me. Today at 5: 00 a.m. The drive was blocked.
It's not 24 hours, they should remove the
sign

One of the only fast food restaurants open 24 hours in Lompoc CA. I can't really say too much about it, it's Jack n The Box. Just like every other one you been to

Decent visit, I believe there’s a new employee named Omar. He was respectful and kind. Seems like it might be his first time working in customer service. I came up to order, and asked if they could break my 100 for my 12.90 meal. He said he’d check and then later said he could. I didn’t check until I drove away and down to get some gas. My change should’ve been 87.10, but it was off by $20. So I turned around and drove back. Omar was once again very kind and respectful. His supervisor/manager I think went in on him though. He might’ve been having a bad night or stressed with the crowd or something. Understandable, but it wasn’t too big of a deal. If anything I was expecting them to recount the drawer and notice it being over in that sense. I didn’t mind waiting we all have those days. Just hope Omar doesn’t let that guy get to him.

I walked to college and H st to get my dinner Jumbo Jack no cheese large combo with a couple of tacos and one more small fries, my date had to work so We shall try again on the 11th for my Birthday

Sat in the drive threw without it moving for over 10 min. No cars in front of the one ordering

Listen it's a fast food place. What do you want me to say. I am upset that they no longer have any sauced fries or any cheesy potato wedges anymore. I don't think I'm going to be back anytime soon.

Got a ribeye burger and i was on the toilet half the night, that ribeye burger gave me the worst bubble gut i mean eating that thing was like consuming one of those school lunch burgers

Drive through was extremely poor customer service. After waiting 2 minutes for them to greet me, they still had an attitude. Then had the nerve to ask me to move forward. So you can trick the timer. I refused. They refused my order and gave me back my money. Real talk. Because I didn't want to move forward. Dude is a straight b#%$# and a punk. He did give me a free soda still. Haha. Loser

Careful with overnight shift. Raw chicken tenders in the middle and crispy on the outside. Anything chicken. Careful.dont get sick people.

I am DISGUSTED with todays quality. I decided to order a club salad along side of my 3 kids order. I think the best part of my salad and soda, would have to be the SODA.my salad was not only wilted, but brown and slimey.the chicken did not taste at all refrigerated. The cheese was soft the cucumbers had what looked to be mayo on it but WHO KNOWS what it could have been and the bacon had a white haze to it. That salad was overall NOT ACCEPTABLE and I threw it away.

Every morning around 4am they claim to be doing a update. But the order signs are still on with no sign saying they are closed. If your not really open for business 24 hours then you should take the hours signs off saying you are. It shouldn't take 45 mins to do it and cash should be accepted. Why would you update all your systems at the same time when your supposed to be open. You need to take your signs down saying your open 24 hours. It's false advertisement.

Very rude employees. Charged us 9 dollars for 2 orders of tacos and 3.99 for a glass of water. This restaurant is a dumpster fire.

Only place open in Lompoc past one but their service is the worst I have ever seen. Long lines, messed up orders, and just honestly not worth it. Better if you have left overs or some other food.
