The young girl with the red hair at the drive thru giving attitude for no reason shouldn’t be working there if she hates it so much. Do both of us a favor and quit. Cynthia is her name. Rude and low class behavior. Food was cold.

I've been coming here for 12 years and finally have had enough of the manager Dulce. She is argumentative, disrespectful and rude. She took my order, made the wrong things and when I told the young gentleman something was incorrect, she yelled at him for trying to remake it when he was trying to just do the right thing. He was apologetic, but she did not need to yell at him and then get mad at me because she misheard me. She is an issue at this place for no reason and I have begun avoiding this location because of her.

Dhalia was very much to mine and my sisters service, i felt she went above and beyond for us, very much appreciated her service as well for her night chef whos name i didnt get but thank you both!

This is my Local Jack's. We love it here! They always get our orders right and the staff is BY FAR the friendliest and kindest. Love the food DUH but will always wait and got to this one whenever possible. Thank you

This is the worst jack In the box I've ever been to. Ordered a large coffee. They give me a small. I tell them I ordered a large so he takes it back fills it the complete rim. I open it in the car and it spills over. After I asked for 6 cream. Where am I supposed to put the cream? Thankfully the coffee was ice cold or I could've burned myself. Thankfully I was still in pajamas and didn't ruin my nice clothes. The breakfast jack wasn't any better. Probably been sitting for 2 hours next to the cold hash brown. Save yourself the money and drive to one down the street. Way better service. Please train your staff to at least have common sense. Its not that difficult.

Great food and fast service. The order came with sauce when it was ordered. Good deals with combo pricing and apps fir r.ewards.

Fairly new Jack in the Box, so facility is pretty nice. On a corner of a tee intersection so if you pay attention it's pretty easy to get in and out of the parking lot.
This Jack in the Box used to be exceptionally well run, but over the last few years it has fallen in my ratings. Food has been somewhat inconsistent. Some of the sandwiches looked like they were sat on by the time you got them. I think staffing may be their main problem.

I came by Sunday morning on 26 February. I want a sausage croissant. I ordered just sandwich sandwich but nobody told me about the two for six dollar deal. I went back to get another one later that afternoon and they try to tell me that they told me the deal but I didn’t hear it which is not true because after ordering the sausage croissant and if they asked me if I wanted one more I would’ve said yes. I had to pay full price for both sausage croissant sandwiches and wasn’t able to get the daily deal that is provided everywhere else

Google says it closes at 1am. I came by at 12: 30 am. The open sign was off, the lights were out, a woman was standing inside behind the counter, but no one took my order at the drive thru.

The food was not tasty, maybe I ordered the wrong item? Umm the reason why I'm giving it a 1 it's because they forgot to give my my drink and fries. Had to wait additional time. But the worst of it all was the most disgusting restrooms Used then to wash my hands before eating. It's for men/ women but, it looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The gas stations bathroom was better than this one

No sense of urgency. This generation, no one works hard anymore. Feel sad for those people.

Really disappointed. I've been to this location many times thru the years but today (my birthday of all days), I stopped by and got a breakfast sandwich #25 and a large diet coke (it's not a diet thing, it's a I like diet coke thing). Well, I tried the diet coke to make sure the taste was right and it wasn't. It tasted more like carbonated water than diet coke. I told the girl running the window and asked if I could change it to Dr. Pepper. She shot down my request saying that it'll just taste the same. I didn't want to seem like a Karen so I smiled and said it was my birthday and I wanted it to taste good. She could have cared less. She had no emotion. She again just repeated that it'll just taste the same and it wouldn't matter. She said she could give me orange juice and I declined. I just wanted to leave. I wasn't in any way rude to her but you could tell she was not interested in trying to help me out in any way. She even said she'd tell someone that the machine was not working right and I mentioned that it was a bummer since it's like $3+ dollars and it tastes wrong. I mean, that's great for the people behind me that the machine will get fixed, but what's that do for me? I left. She tried at the last minute to offer a free meal but it was too late. I won't be going back to this location. I just don't like being blown off like that. I've never had someone at a drive-thru window refuse to give me a different drink if one tasted wrong. So I'm stuck with this odd tasting beverage that cost me over $3.00. Sucks.

Had a big order that was almost perfect. Ordered a Breakfast Jack with no cheese that was repeated numerous times but it had cheese.

Check your bag of food early in the morning j had in along time substitute 2 ideas accidentally gave me the food other wise nice and hot

Ordered 1 combo burger and one burger by self and lady thought I was replacing the burger combo for another burger combo so I only got one combo and no second burger. Too bad as I was trying out 2 different burgers.

This place is small and crowded in the morning. Took me 30-45 minutes to dine in, drive thru probably will take at least 25 minutes
