Jack in the Box, Riverside CA

When did Jack in the box start charging extra for condiments when I bought my food payed 16$ for the order and I asked for ranch pacts an she told me that's 25 cents extra.

Went through drive through and ordered a jumbo jack and fries, on the display of my order they had put a jr burger so when I got to the window I told them that I ordered a jumbo jack not a jr.burger so they changed the order and charged me for jumbo jack. When I got my order I went and parked just to make sure the order was right and what I found was that they gave me the jr. Burger wrapped in a Jumbo Jack wrapper. So I went in and all they said that sorry for the mistake and gave me the right one. Check your orders before you leave

Spanish primary self hating Mexicans constantly talking about the race and features of their patrons. Doesn't seem like a community environment. Food was mid.

If you haven't tried the bowl meal.it's delicious and great on quality and of course calories

Update: Things had changed since I last was here. Food was not hot although aren't bad as the fries were filled in the container, and cashier was polite and professional. Didn't charge ranch dressing here!

I'm glad they are doing better now than before. I had given 1 star (wished they have option as no star), but today visit had turned around from my last review. Good job!

Great staff quick with orders also food was fresh well as fresh as fast food gets over all excellent service

That particular deck in the Box off of Mission Street in Riverside they are so nice they're always so pleasantly nice

I was charged an upcharge for ordering an iced tea instead of coffee in a breakfast combo. Ridiculous. And the food was cold.

Ditlaly was great. I believe she was one of the managers. Long story short I had a DoorDash order issue and I drove back to the Jack in the Box personally to have it corrected. She went above and beyond and fixed it without any issues. Very kind! She deserves a raise!

Food is extremely expensive, I ask if there were any special the drive thru lady said NO, like if she was offended that I ask, I won't be coming here anymore, and I'm definitely going to tell everyone about my experience here, this is ridiculous behavior and poor customer service by Jack in the Box employees.

NEVER AGAIN COMING HERE.

Should put a sign that reads be ready to spend 20 minutes in drive thru. If in a hurry don’t order, because we aren’t a “fast” food restaurant anymore. Oh yeah! And we have an attitude so don’t ask.
