18They made us park and wait forever.your speed of service is not my problem I shouldn't have to park 7 mins just to leave my kids in the car to go inside after all to get my food.and back in because they forgot the fries.
The young man who was the cashier was PHENOMENAL! I wish I could recall his name because he was superb! We were there for breakfast on 10/31. Definitely set the bar for customer service!
Went today with my son get some breakfast. Cashier was wonderful but as I was sitting with my 3 tear old not sure what's the lady's name in charge but was speaking profanity to her employees very unprofessional.
I order some food and they got it wrong and the hamburger was not hot. Regular. Hamburger. Didn't have no lettuce or tomato. Just plain. We went back to drive thru to get the order right. Second time it was fix and we was happy.
Clean location, but the three times i’ve been here the drive through is mind numbingly slow.
Walked in just for a coffee and reg. Curley fries. No one was in the restaurant, waited 10 min just to place my order. Waited another about 7 min, fries were so cold. Coffee?
Fastest Jack n the box every. I'm not from her but I know the line was never long even when there was a line there
If you want to eat at a good place I recommend this place because I got the number 12 and it tasted wonderful. The chicken was cooked perfectly and they gave me some extra sauce
Just tried teriyaki bowl combo. The best meal. Loved the rice, broccoli, chicken combo. The chicken was tender and tasty. Sauce was gray. The veggie roll big hit with sweet sour sauce. I highly recommend this and will order again. Thanks for the great meal
Their chicken strips are the best fast food chicken strip ever. It's always crunchy, and I have yet to get a chewy fat piece.
Went for a creamachinno and received a luke warm coffee with whip cream. They could have told me they didn't have it available, not just throw something together
I found This place is cleaner than a lot of the restaurants around here. There is a very respectful kind happy employee. I will drive out of my way because of this awesome young man.
Have eaten Jack in the Box since about 1968. After surfing Bolsa Chica in Huntington Beach. For less than $1.00. I would buy a cheeseburger and two tacos. So good.
Waited for our food for 30 minutes when we finally received our food it was cold! At least they got the order right
Probably the slowest drive thru I've been to. I waited 30 minutes. The line was long but not that long. Luckily I'm visiting and won't be back. I didn't even notice until my aunt texted me asking if I was OK.lol Yes, I'm just sitting in the drive thru. She said she's never had to wait that long before. My food wasn't hot. The guy at the window was nice. That's about it. Good luck
This Jack-in-the-Box has always been just fine, never had any problems here, and the food here has been great, love, Jack-in-the-Box

I hate being parked in the drive thru, the service used to be better and quicker foods expensive.
