Dining room closed.fine whatever. Go to the drive thru on my bike and some giggling dimwit says they can't sell me food because I'm not in a car. I started to ask why and some lil wannabe chola comes immediately out the back door and tries to start a physical altercation with me. I stepped off the bike and he runs inside (penocha asustada).
REAL PROFESSIONAL JITB! HIRING WORK RELEASE INMATES, OR WHAT? !? Im thinking y'all are just discriminating against people without cars.
Check your cameras management, your employees are lazy hood rats, just didn't want to work to make you more $.

Trashcan blocking, drive-through, saying closed and lobby closed but let’s keep the open sign on. Such bright people work here.

Even seen an employee looking through the drive-through window sucking on a lollipop, so they must be working hard in there with everything closed.

Your typical friendly Jack in the crack. With fast service and fresh food, you can't go wrong.

Great food nice employees great place all around. Prices are a little extreme now a days but still good.

Took an uber here because hours said updated a week ago and open until 10 and the women inside had closed the restaurant at 9: 30.

Stopped in drive-thru at this location for what will now be my last ever visit here. I was missing a Double Jack and a Chicken sandwich which was half of my order. I felt rushed while checking my bag and accidentally tossed my receipt not thinking twice about missing an item. Got home realized half my order was missing, called to no answer a few times. Drove back from the north side of town and was greeted by we are closed, Tonight we closed at 10: 50, I said you forgot half my order, I was asked for my receipt which I said I accidentally threw it away and I was told without my receipt there was nothing they could do.

Morale of the story, check your bags, and hang onto your dam receipts I can guarantee the same will happen to you. Unfortunately this has happened several times over the last couple years that something or things where forgotten (which I’ve previously just brushed off). This is also my first ever review but I hope is seen by future customers. You’re better off going to a different Jack or to 7/11.

Their dining room closes which isn't listed here. I'm here at 8pm and have had to get an Uber through drive through. There's only one car in front of us and they're having a good old yarn. Meanwhile is been ten mins since I ordered. Regretting this whole decision, won't be back.

Straight up GROSS. The restaurant was dirty. The men's restroom smelled.like.nasty.
This restaurant was one of my favorites. Not now.not sure I will go back.
The food tasted like someone went to the grocery store and purchased day old EVERYTHING.

Order my order and the. Employee asked me what my purchase was three times. I'm sorry if you took my order because you asked me three times.

It may be a sign of the times, however, Pride in service seems to be the only ingredient absent from this and so many other businesses

Aggressive behavior of the security guard kicked out of the room and the neighboring territory fas food, allegedly I did not make an order not to eat so you can not be here threatened the police

Same as any other Jack in the Box. Watered down soda. I asked one time why he sodas were so watered down. They responded with shock, stating they just had them calibrated. J in the B has ALWAYS had watered down soda. Not enough syrup is used. Trying to save money.

First time trying it. Daughter loved the chicken nuggets and curly fries because they weren't spicy. Egg rolls were surprisingly good too.

Only the drive-thru is open. You can’t walk in and order. Why discriminate against people walking?
