You could order a thousand tacos here and they would never give you a single packet of sauce, let alone a napkin.

Drive thru super busy. Expect wait time of 10 minutes. Customer service is ok. Not to bad.

This place seriously needs new PM management, you either have a kid with attitude pushing you to order or another kid hardly speaking to you and being rude about repeating themselves or not being able to hear the customer…on top of that the lines are always extremely long and the wait times are insane. I feel bad for anybody picking up food deliveries here. Please hire new pm management to help train these kids, simple solution.

One of my pregnancy cravings. Ordered door dash and was excited about the fan favorite box and all the sauces. Sauces were missing. My Oreo shake came without a safety seal. I tried calling to see if I can stop in to grab my missing sauces and no one answered the phone. Disappointed.

I spend an average of $250 a month here so I think I'm a pretty consistent customer. The food is good but they need to work on their employees customer service it's always hit or miss. Yesterday was the worst it's been in a while, both employees were lacking in customer service skills, the female was just plain rude I almost took her name to complain but figured I'd mention it in my receipt survey that I always do but did she bother to include my receipt? Negative. And that's probably why she didn't. So please Jack- focus on teaching your teams appropriate customer service.

Always good for a midnight snack. Jack has got your back. Tacos, curly fries, chicken nuggets, and a jumbo jack.

Horrible jack in the box! I recommend Bonsall jack in the box. Just went to the Fallbrook one after my son’s baseball game hoping to get a warm meal. Like always either they give you cold food or they get your order wrong. These people need to pay attention to what the customer is asking for but I think they just don’t care! Today I asked for tacos and for hot sauce but what I got were some stale cold tacos and NO HOT SAUCE. Last time I’m purchasing anything here. Also these people look like they don’t like their job because they never really have a smile in their face and when you ask for something they get annoyed. Don’t really like to complain but Fallbrook jack needs to do way better!

This Jack in the Box is always busy, and the drive-thru seems to take a long time but having nice respectful staff makes it worth the while. Patience is a virtue

The new look is great more spacious, and very clean when I visited. This was in the morning and had breakfast there. Some workers are too busy or not helpful to customers. The food was hot and made my order correctly.

Regional manager pablo gave us a coupon to get a free meal because the employees didnt pit in my coupons that I gave them. I came back around 1 in the morning to use the coupon and the chinese guy and mexican guy with all his tattoos said they couldnt use the coupon and that they had no manager or shift leader available and we said we had came earlier and that there regional manager pablo gave it to us he said he doesnt know a Pablo and said he cant get ahold of anyone because he doesn't have anyones contact info and he and the guy went in dining room to sit and eat while they had a long line in drive thru. We waited in drive thru almost 30 minutes and they didnt do anything but feed there faces in dining room. I had to drive to the jack in the box in bonso and they honored the coupon. Thank God for the kid that was working in bonso because he actually knew what manners look like and very respectful. Fallbrook jack is the worse and I cant believe the people they hire they have no manners and are so disrespectful and don't care about there job. Fallbrook jack is the worsed. They need to hire more people that actually care about there job. Im so disgusted with the jack here in fallbrook. I can't believe the disrespect and people they have working here. I am going to take this further because I will not be disrespected again here this is the last straw. You guys might not care but I am going to take further action and im so glad I have a video and pictures of the way they were acting.

They close the doors whenever they feel like it and serve you the same way @ the drive through only sometimes will they serve walk ups then they that they have the right to refuse service to anyone just try to get some thing to eat they get racist against people

The staff here was very hospitable. They have indoor seating only and the use of the bathrooms. But watch your order when going to the drive through!

I'll tell you I do love Jack-in-the-Box don't get me wrong but the other day I just went in there the one here in fallbrook and let me tell you I am so used to the French toast sticks that they used to having they don't have them anymore so I went ahead and ordered a person and it was okay let me tell you I mean my coffee I got to have my coffee yet know that's one good thing for me don't get my coffee I don't feel right you know anyway I would recommend a croissant sandwich it is a very good

I do not recommend the Jack in the Box in Fallbrook. About 95% of the time something would be wrong with my order. I used go here for some tacos and the ultimate cheeseburger since it was my favorite but they always (not even exaggerating) messed up the order. It was also my spot to get some food after partying late at night but not anymore. I asked my relatives if they had the same issue and sure enough, they would also get their orders wrong. We are locals and all my family members don’t go here anymore at all. I stop being a regular like ten years ago and in the past ten years the five times that I’ve gone back, they messed up my order. Yup, it was really frustrating and that’s how I stopped eating from Jack n the box. I am no trying to be mean or rude but this has been my experience.

The employee supervisor was rude to me today and she had an attitude! I didn't appreciate it!

Went in for lunch while my car was being worked on. Service was good, the place clean and food fresh.

The one thing that I believe has not changed over the years is the tacos. I still love them. I worked at Jack #13 when I was in highschool. '58-'59.

First of all the customer service is horrible! Went through the drive thru and had some rude young man at the window who barely acknowledged me was talking with the other workers. I had to put my pin # in and was trying to but kid had his back to me and I couldn't reach it and had to say hello twice for him to turn back to me to help. Was to busy talking to others. Got home, napkins are always crumbles in balls, our fries and onion rings were obviously from the bottom and hard chips! Tacos were so oily we couldn't eat them! There should be a good manager there to correct these issues and an owner who cares!

Thanks for getting my order last from my party while you served everyone else first. 4 hours later everyone stomach started hurting at work.what a chef

Absolutely horrible experience every time I come to this location. I didn’t even get what I ordered. I ordered chicken strips and got cold nuggets that don’t even taste like they’re all the way cooked. Both orders were completely wrong, almost rushed and not paying attention. I’m surprised they got the drink right. No one picks up the phone, horrible service.
