12I went today around 2 and I just wanted to leave a review for the guy who went beyond I checked receipt and I believe his name is jose! Sweetest guy and great customer service
I've only been twice to this place, used the drive thru and I was disappointed both times. This time the curly fries were hard and not hot, not even warm. Maybe I wasn't lucky, but food shouldn't be a matter of being "lucky".
I ordered from here a few times and didn't have any complaints until now. I ordered a loaded breakfast sandwich through the mobile app and sadly they didn't make my sandwich right.
Excellent attention from the staff, I received suggestions when ordering, which made my purchase easier. Good temperature and taste of food
I'm Hispanic and have difficulties with speaking Spanish. When I ordered, the cashier assumed I spoke Spanish but switched over to English when she saw I was having difficulties understanding her. I'm guessing they think that what you pay goes directly into their paychecks because I asked for a Medium sized combo but she charged me for a Large combo just to get more money out of me. Her English wasn't very good and I couldn't understand her when she gave me the restroom code. The second cashier had to tell me the restroom code. Also, the first cashier didn't print my receipt. When my order came out and they called my order number, I had to go up and explain that the cashier hadn't given me a receipt so I didn't know my order number but that I knew the order was mine. The cashier printed my receipt, said, "this is your receipt, " placed it on the counter, and, as soon as she did that, the other cashier took my receipt from the counter and crumpled it up in front of me, not letting me have my receipt. I think these ladies gave me a hard time because I had trouble speaking Spanish. Would not recommend this place.
I hardly go inside to eat so I don't really know what the atmosphere is like in there. But the food is always jack in the box fast and good as alwsys!
Took way too long to receive the food. Approximately 45 minutes in the drive through line.
Was going to give this Jack in the box a bad review because they messed up my order. I called them back to let them know that I was missing an item and the lady on the phone said that she had bagged everything for me. She looked around and saw that my missing item was still at her store and she was really sorry and asked if I could come back for my missing item and I said sure. When I got there they handed me my item and also gave me a free cheesecake for my troubles without me asking for it and once again said sorry. That’s what a call great customer services.
Food isn't correct half the time & customer service is subpar
UPDATE: this is literally the worst location I've been at. 99% of the time my food is wrong or cold after they confirm that it's correct.my boyfriend & I normally go late at night & it's ridiculous that it has to be a routine to double check the food before leaving the parking lot.we normally get munchie meals & sometimes the employees don't even know what halfsie fries are which are a standard in the box & getting anything plain is out of the question, there's almost always sauce on the plain sandwiches.this lady Debra who's always there has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I used to work for jack for over 6 yrs & I've never treated someone the way she does.she's always snippy, has an attitude, questioning people's orders, giving out wrong orders, putting ice in drinks with no ice, im literally never coming to this store again. I'd rather drive down the street 5 min away to avoid this location. Terrible service.
Advertisement for jumbo jack cheeseburger says $ 5.89 when I got to order they wanted en extra dollar for the cheese! What a rip-off? See attached photos
I went for breakfast at 2: 30am and they told me that they were not serving breakfast until later. That is the 1st time that's happened to me. I'm not sure if that was right.
Very bad the cashier brena a very rude woman when she charged me she closed the windows abruptly she did not even answer the greeting and she handed me my order she threw it at me and she closed the sale again very abruptly and I didn't even ask if I wanted condiment it is the third time that I touch that woman has a very rude attitude they should change the staff since one pays for the food and receives a very rude treatment
