Awfully worker rolled her eyes at me when I said it was the wrong soda super rude unpolite really should work on your crews behavior

The young short Hispanic girl (she didn't have her name tag) working the front needs to work on her customer service, I get people can have a bad day, but don’t pass that on to other people.

This is the OG Jack in the box. The workers are cool. The food is good and they make it fast.

Jack in the box is my go to when I need quick food. Sourdough Jack, Med Oreo shake and Churros.

I order or go into this JIB once a while. When I order for delivery, I alway ask for Hot sauce. LOTS OF IT! Just like this. I get my order no hot sauce.call and inform them.had to ask if this was Jack In the box because I did not understand what she said when answering the phone.the woman who answered after trying to explaine what happens every time I order for delivery, proceeds to say, I should have ordered it. Needles to say I got heated and spoke a little louder than I intended to. Probably out of not understanding her. I will go in in person and try to talk to a manager.
Such a shame.
The food is usually great here and inside service is great but the phone service sucks. I am by no means prejudice (I'm Latino) The woman that answered the phone should NOT. I could not understand her. Very disappointed that I had to write this. Now my food is cold.

Drive through takes longer than any other jack in the box even when it's not busy and the floor in there is all bad gross seen flies inside when I was there last

I asked for extra extra tomato.the girl made sure my sandwich had the right amount and she was so sweet.

It's always been hit or miss. At this location. Sometimes the food is fresh and delicious. Other times it tastes old and disgusting.

Love this location so far. Food is typically hot and ready in a fair amount of time. Service is friendly. My husband had a bad experience, unfortunately. The one & only time he went to drive thru, there were 2 other cars waiting and the clerk said the system was down so they couldn't take any orders. They had to wait for a certain manager to return.

Great customer service you can’t go wrong I love the service they always greet with positively and welcome you with a smile at the window

The cook here left an entire egg shell in my breakfast sandwich that I spent over $6 for. With the covid pandemic barely ending. I guess fast food places like this are still not safe to eat at. Who misses an entire egg shell?

Tacos and mini churros. They were good. Would have to try hard to mess those up I'd think.

Came to the “24 hour location” and made us order through the order ahead app after waiting in line to order only to sit in line for 20 minutes to exit the line and wait in it again. Absolutely ridiculous service. Will not be back.

Simply. You feel like at home. It is convenient to sit and relax after trips to the store. Eat even several times. Not expensive. Attitude towards customers, as if we belong here and should be here. There are no queues, because everything is instant. Open toilet. Everything to everyone. I recommend

My one complaint I was not given a receipt.

The best of the standard drive thru places. Better than McDonald's. Way better than Weinerschnitzel
