Jack in the Box, Sacramento CA

I love jack n the box. I get the tacos, jumbo Jack and curly fries! Yeah it’s greasy but that’s the point, it’s fire! Just what I need after a night of drinking or just because! Employees are friendly and when they repeat my order and if it’s not correct they fix it, I just clarify just like any other place! Love my local jack in the crack

Most of the employees don't speak English so it's hard to modify my meal. After you start the order they all say right away do you need anything else and usually I need more than one meal.that's where the confusion comes in. Wedged they repeat when your done it's usually wrong so now we check our food before we leave the drive thru. BTW it's all greasy

I've had bad service from this Jack in the Box a couple of times. I waited so long one my first trip I parked and went in to get my food. I was the only customer there! Then last night we went again and my sourdough burger was not even grilled. It was plain white! When I'm charged $40 for 2 meals and a sandwich I want my food cooked likes it's supposed to be! I'm not going to make a 3rd trip to this Jack in the Box in the Chevron station!

It's sad to see customer service go out the window now A days. I'm a general manager at a restaurant myself and tonight was the 3rd night I dealt with the same young lady with the same auttuide. I shrugged it off the first tonight's thinking she had a bad day tried coming again tonight 8/20 at 9: 45pm there was two cars in front of us. As we tried to order one meal All she kept saying anything else, yes we would say our drink again with a bad auttuide and very loud ANYTHING ELSE. So we gave up and stopped ordering. So we get up to the window while she takes another slamming her hand on the computer asking the customer anything else AND SHAKENG HER HEAD AND GETTING UPSET.and they said the same as us why are you rushing us we can't even get out what we want to drink or if we want curly or reg fries with out her yelling ANYTHING ELSE. Hunny I know we all have bad days but come on if you don't want to work for fast food don't. I get it we got bills to pay but respect and customer service is free baby. To each its own but if you were my employee id fire you. We didn't even pay for our food we drove off after watching her take that other order.

Worst customer service ever I received from this location. As I started to place my order I was being rush to finish place my order. As the lady ask me if I would like anything else, my response would be “can you give me a moment” then her response is that she will have the total in the front. Like what is the rush? I understand if I’m taking my sweet time on purpose then feel free to rush me. For my Teriyaki bowl I ask for extra sauce but i was told that it comes with the sauce inside already so I will be given extra sauce on the side but my Teriyaki bowl had no sauce at all plus I was given Barbq sauce and sweet and sour sauce. Then come to find out I am missing my Jr jumbo Jack burger. Like come on. What pist me off the most is the fact I payed for my order and my order was incomplete plus the service was the worst. I don’t expect for the person taking my order to cater to me but to do their job. In the end I am very disappointed because every other Jack in the Box location does not treats you like that.

Might want to take care of the roach problem!
Service was backed up took 40 minutes just to get to the window and when we pulled up there was a mess everywhere inside. Looked like a flood happened and to top it off they had cockroaches ON THE COUNTERS. That was it for us, missed our movie, the people in front of us threw they're drinks out at the windows as well. I get fast food services is difficult but at least pass health inspection requirements oh and don't have weed on your counters either. Sure it's legal but it still has no place in the view of the customer.

2 person working in the morning ridiculousness i get a breakfast combo and I just got the sandwich I asked for fries and my drinks and take long time to get it no ketchup no napkins really bad service

I love Jack in the Box. This restaurant does not meet the standard of the Jack in the Box chain. I've been here a handful of times but my last trip will be that last. I ordered 2 tacos & a chocolate shake. I was given 2 tacos & a cookies & cream shake - blended so poorly it couldn't be consumed through the straw. The tacos made me sick about 30 minutes after eating. I was with a relative that night who also purchased tacos - she became sick too. It took us over a day to recoup.
Don't go to this restaurant- orders are always wrong & I think we got mild cases food poisoning on our last visit. Save yourself the misery.

Very poor service! Definitely not open 24hrs. I work nights and have been there at all hours. I would not recommend going here after 3am, I feel they don't open again until 6.maybe.avoid this location and make the drive to the one on folsom and zinfandel.

Just lost it's draw. Like no one likes their job there any more. They add this "god good" sauce you everything and it's gross! Hard to want to eat where everyone hates being there.

Ordered jack spicy chicken sandwich and it's hard, and been sitting out for a while. Tried calling and of course no one answers. It's bad enough the lines take forever and had to wait 15 mins to get my food but If the wait is that long why is the food not fresh

Went to get a late night dinner, order our food went to the drive thru checked my, stuff told them everything but my meal is there, lady at drive thru got offended I said my stuff is missing, came home and guess what muy stuff is missing, I am calling the store no answer now I have to drive back and get the rest of my food or my money refunded. Happens all the time and even having it all in the receipt they still tend to mess everything up, I understand it’s hard long lines but every time even when it’s slow hours that to me is ridiculous.

Good thing my order was a simple one. I have never waited so long to get my food. I was 3rd inline and we had to wait over 20 min. I guess they don't know what they are doing.

Most fast food places have good or bad locations. Most jack in the box locations are bad. This particular jack in the box location is among the worst I've seen. They seem too busy for their own good and quality suffers. This is the closest place to get food for my lunch break, so I will keep going, but I really hope they tighten things up a bit soon.my break might be short but I'd happily wait a few extra minutes for them to stop taking shortcuts like recooking fries or serving tacos that are still absolutely coated in oil, or already cold from sitting ready made.

Went here after long work week & no energy to cook at home. I got the Double Jack Munchie meal w/tacos & halvesies for myself & #4 NO lettuce for BF. MY fries were soggy & I live 5 mins away. Had to yell order to server twice on each item & BF's #4 had lettuce. Use to love going to Jack for days when I am too tired or busy to cook but seems like all locations are going downhill.
