Unfortunately, Amanda was the only one that was good here, the other ones no customer service.they can care less if you have to go to the bathroom, there siloed into one particular task and they don’t wanna do anything else. Amanda, I don’t know if she’s the manager, is about customer service and helping. Two people had to go to the bathroom, they waited considerably.
Matt was rather dirty and the furniture ask you all mats were dirty and gross.

Went through drive through, the man named tristan was very friendly and provided great customer service but when i got the food i saw barely any lettuce in my salad, the lettuce was old and barely had anything in there. The salad didnt really have anything, I also asked for chicken tenders fresh since i have braces and some were partially fresh and partially hard. The crispy chicken in the salad was not fresh and hard in general. Kudos to tristan though he’s the real one

This is my go to Jack in the box, but I do not appreciate one of the night shift girls working drive thru. She was NOT wearing gloves after we had just watched her pull her mask up repeatedly and then continued to mop the floor. Then went ahead and handled our drinks and gave us our food w/o washing her hands. Yuck. I still love this restaurant but that was just disgusting.

The inside of this location is meh. But the staff are always very polite and friendly. Service is usually pretty quick. Every once in a while, it will take longer than expected for some reason.

Every time, for the past 2 year, I go to the drive-through here, the card reader takes four tries to accept my card. EVERY TIME. I ended up unable to pay and leaving because of this. Please get this fixed.

I went there ordered family dinner repeatedly 5x and when got to window still wrong. Got home only 2 outta 5 things were right. Drove back she was so rude. Never again am I going back there. Oh and the outside speaker is horrible that's played a part too. I'm done with this location. Food was horrible too

This Jack in the box location is always low grade. Today Sun, June 4 at around 8: 30 asked for number 24 meat lovers burrito no drink and one hash brown. Poorly built burrito forgot the cheese sauce and my has brown. I always think twice before stopping by here on my way to or from work. Won't think about it anymore now

Mom, Dad and I absolutely crave their All meat burrito. Finally tried their hot sauce on it and it made the burrito extra tasty.
We love that they serve breakfast all day. Please don't ever stop that feature. I will post pics next time. I had to take a bite on the way home.

Probably the best jack in modesto. I usually go late night after work and the food is always seemingly made fresh. I just wish they would fill up the large fries all the way, that's the one thing that is kinda annoying. You'll order a large fry, they're fresh, but they only put a small order's amount. Aside from that, it's pretty decent and I've been lucky with consistent with fresh food.

I ordered for delivery via the app. The food never arrived. The manager was unwilling to help even though the app said if there are issues with the order to contact the store. She insisted it was door dashs fault and I had to call them. When I called them they said they only fulfilled they dont have any information on the order and that I needed to contact Jack in the Box. I tried again and was given the same poor excuses. $45 down the drain. Contacted corporate for a refund (not getting your delivery order was an option to select.) And was never contacted or refunded. Never ordering from here or the app again. Nobody seems to have any idea what is going on and the customer suffers for it. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Who ever is working there right now I would fire them you are loosing money. Just watched 3 cars get turned away going through drive thru. There not taking peoples orders through the intercom and then there just letting customers sit at the drive up window till they get mad and leave

Went drive-thru late night, fast service and fresh food. The person on drive thru was easy to understand and super friendly

Their employee told their customer that they don't have the keys to the bathroom. Just don't have the keys, no other explanation. What a cool restaurant!

I ordered tonight on my way home from work. I have never been treated so rudely. When I arrived at the speaker box, I was informed someone would be with me shortly. After 4 minutes I said Hello? Nothing. 3 more minutes pass and I then said Hello? A line is building behind me. Another staff person came on the box and rudely said, "We will be with you shortly we ONLY have one working headset. Ok? So I said "Thanks for letting me know', So now after another 3 or 4 minutes the first young lady takes my order. I get to the window, no hi, no sorry for the wait, nothing the young lady just asks for my payment and the order was about 25 dollars. I pay she gives me my card back and closes the window. Literally said 2 words to me. About 4 or 5 minutes later the other woman, who looked like a manager and had many tattoos but I was not able to see her name tag, slams open the window says here you go and slings the bags of food at me and closes the window hard enough that it came back open a bit so I said wow thanks I hope the people behind me are as nice as you are and she yelled back good night! She was very rude you could tell she was really mad and honestly this is not the first time service has been less than at this location so I probably won't be back. I worked at JIB for many years in the 80's if I acted, looked or spoke the way this 'manager' did I would have been fired. I have always been a loyal customer but am now rethinking that. I was very disappointed. At least the food was fresh but service? Way less than even so-so. Too bad.

Good service at the drive-thru. For a change my tacos were hot and delicious and I appreciate that and the chocolate milkshake was good in fact it was twice as good because I had a coupon. The lady at the window is very friendly and very helpful. Happy New Year Jack in the Box

My wife and I were both treated very poorly. We ordered for delivery through the Jack in the Box app. Our order never arrived. It states at the bottom of the email confirmation if there are order issues or our order never arrives to contact the store. The manager Amanda was extremely rude to my wife, insisting she didn't order through the Jack in the box app, that she ordered through uber eats and needed to contact them. She even said that my wife must have put in the wrong address. Amanda kept being ride instead of offering any way to resolve this issue which would be a refund or the food. I went to the store to try and clear this up and still was not able to get my food or a refund. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Uber will not refund us our money or reorder the food because the order was not placed with uber eats it was placed on Jack in the box's app and fulfilled by uber eats via a partnership between the two. I wish I could give 0 stars.
